DHL Shipping: What's the Deal?

From what I heard back at the beginning of December, DHL had cancelled their services to MyDv. But from what I'm hearing from recent customers, MyDv is saying that their packages will be sent before the holiday via DHL.

What's the story?

Was their account with DHL really cancelled? If so, how are they still shipping through them?

And why did DHL allegedly cancel their account in the first place?

I think the answer to that can be found in this thread (http://www.matrixwatch.org/forums/showthread.php?t=3528&highlight=dhl).

DHL told me they would not knowingly deal with myDV, i.e. if myDV are the people who ship the order...

However, as myDV are going through another company (Kuehne + Nagel) for shipping this does not stand.

As previously posted, I filed a complaint with DHL a few weeks ago. Someone from the UK security team called me. He had spoken to the DHL people in the USA who were already aware of problems with myDV.

They basically said they would not be doing business with myDV. But they could not stop dealing with them indirectly, or if they did not have prior knowledge that the customer was myDV.

My original complaint to DHL informed them that they were dealing with a dishonest company and this would essentially undermine DHL's reputation. They seemed to be in agreement, but I guess there is a limit to how much they can do....

Sounds like someone needs to tell DHL who the middle man is that is sending the goods on behalf of mydv. If Kuehne + Nagel are a big company, they would stop sending packages for mydv real fast, and stoping their means to continue business.
