Founded in 2004, NEPCO is a leading international company. We specialize in selling the most current electronics, at the lowest possible prices, without charging the outrageous shipping costs that other e-tailors demand. In order to achieve this objective, we buy our products in bulk. This gives us savings that we then pass along to you. We cover the shipping charges as a courtesy to our valued customers.

We have experienced tremendous growth in 2005, as the demand for high quality, low priced electronics has been very high. We have been working hard to provide first-rate products and service at reasonable prices to our customers.

We are an international company, with headquarters at 1432 Main Street, Waltham, MA 02451, USA. Our customer contact center is located in Bangalore, India and our correspondence address is: ACC Services Limited, 16 Winchester Walk, London SE1 9AQ. Please contact us via the contact us form on the website, via email: inquiries@mydv.co.uk or by phone: 0207 993 4698.

We would love to hear from you.

This is - as far as I am aware - a new addition to the myDV website. I assume it is aiming to illustrate they are a legitmate company. It still doesn't mention goods are shipped from the USA though. That they are not UK spec. Or mention you will be charged in dollars. Unsurprisingly.

However the address in the UK may be useful for people wanting to return items. Although I am not sure who ACC Services Limited are, but another avenue to be explored perhaps...

Are the calls that go through to MyDv being re-routed to India?!? It would explain the communication problems surrounding refunds, overcharges, etc.

Yes, a large number of folks have been reporting having conversations with people with Indian accents. It was confirmed via those conversations that the call centers are in India. My guess is that off-hours calls are routed to India maybe?

All calls and live chat are routed in Indian. You will never get to talk to anyone at Nepco.
