I have just spoken to customer service using 0207 993 4696;

I was told that my refund will be in my account by tomorrow morning. I was quite surprised when I called this time they actually told me the amount they where going to refund me .

Will let you know in morning if this happens.

i have been phoning all day and the reply i get is the mailbox is full.i was told i would get an email with a tracking number and that still has not here.I have called 2 phone numbers 0207 993 4698, 0207 669 4692 and there mailboxes are full and im still waiting for a psp!!!! im starting to get angry!!

When did you order your PSP, DHL attempted to deliver one to me yesterday and I didn't receive any tracking number at all. So if you are going to receive yours don't rely on being given a tracking number it could just arrive on your doorstep unannounced
