This was another site started around the same time as ezexpo if not a little before. They used to be the basic straightline matrix where you bought an e-book and got placed on a list. when 29 others bought the e-book the top person cycled. Now they have changed their site over to: http://learn2compute.net/ and they use a different technique to "cycle" members. Just wanted to see what ya'll had to say about this one.

Heres another site: http://www.theultimatelaptop.com/ that has been open since last august at least. They even still accept paypal. They mention that you can join their $10.00 matrix for free without ever having to pay anything. I dont really understand their program but Im sure you guys will love to check them out.

It is another matrix site. These guys charge you $29 to join, and you have to rack up points by signing people up and helping yourself to "move up the ladder". I think that many people will begin to argue about why the are/are not a pyramid/ponzi, but what I look for is this... Does they offer a promotional program? Do they require that I buy something in order to take advantage of that promotional program? Now here is what their FAQ page says:
Your $29 does not buy a laptop. You are buying an E-Book and, as a promotional bonus, you get a free membership to our club. One of the benefits of membership is the opportunity to get a free laptop when you have 770 points in your membership account. You can get 770 points in any or all of the following ways:

When you reach the top of the ladder you will get 10 points for every member who joins without a referral. (If you don't have any points in your account at that time, you will get the free laptop as soon as 77 non-referred members join.)

If you want the laptop before reaching the top of the ladder, you can refer people to our site. You'll get 12 points for each one who joins the club using your referral link or account number.

You can also shop online in our Points Mall and get points for every purchase you make. Sometimes you'll get points just for clicking through to view a website from our Mall.

You can earn points by responding to polls and clicking on links in our emails too!

Want more than one laptop? You'll get another account for every $29 purchase you make directly from our site... and 12 points for every one you buy after the first!"

They appear to be a non-lottery by talking about how it is the customer's responsibility to rack up their own points, but they give themselves away when they said, "When you reach the top of the ladder you will get 10 points for every member who joins without a referral. (If you don't have any points in your account at that time, you will get the free laptop as soon as 77 non-referred members join.)".
