I was just wondering whether or not to mail the Attorney General just to tell him that i have not had my refund.

The reason for this is , Mydv where supposed to have refunded all their customers who requested refunds by christmas as part of the agreement with the Attorney Generals Office .

Can anybody confirm this to be true and should all those awaiting refunds mail the Attorney General.

Mark

I did that this morning...wrote to the AG complaining that they were in breach of the agreement with him by not refunding before the holiday period...Then i checked my bank account online and it had gone in...ALL OF IT PLUS THE £1.50 handeling charge they took at the time of debit....ooops...perhaps i should apolgise for assuming that they wouldnt pay before xmas, but given their track record one could be forgiven my mistake...
anyway if you havent got it then i would inform the AG...

just as a side note...my refund appeared 8 days before the 7-10 day deadline. So they can kick theirselves up the butt if they want to..its a shame it took such extreme measures and persistance to get a result..
