this morning i logged on to this site to check for updates in the myDV drama...i saw the AG thread where it states that nepco have had conditions imposed on them....
Furious that they had not fulfilled their part of the agreement, i emailed the AG to make him aware of the situation...
with that done i then logged in to my bank account..only to find that they had credited my account....the FULL AMOUNT plus a £1.50 handeling fee which they originally debited..
I suppose i should apologise but principal prevents me from backing down...i never once recived a sincere apology from them.....
my refund appeared 8 days before the 7-10 day deadline. So they can kick theirselves up the butt if they want to..its a shame it took such extreme measures and persistance to get a result..
keep up the good work guys...you will get results....

Good job on keeping the AG up to date.
It is probably best that follow-up complaints to the AG are accurate, otherwise the updated complaints will not be taken as seriously. So, you might want to re-email the AG to let them know.
Because, after all, you've just admitted on a public, worldwide discussion forum to filing an inaccurate complaint. :) Both the AG and MyDv monitor these forums.
Glad to hear that things are working out for you though, Misty. Thanks also for helping so many others as well.

I certainly will resend an email to the AG to update my position.. However at the time of writing the funds had not beeen detected... the last time they were checked were 2 hours previous to writing..
I will continue to help where i can as i can offer help to those who have not yet had a satisfactory result.. ;)

And I predict that some people may not get things settle by Christmas, and your letter sample would be of great help to them. :)
Thanks for taking my candid correction so well. I only have the utmost respect for you. Let me know if there is any way I can help with your efforts. ;)

Here is my email to the AG to update my information..
Dear sir
further to my most recent correspondance earlier today, i feel it is my duty to inform you that myDv have made a full and final refund to my bank account. I am entirely satisfied with this result and would like to draw a line under the whole distressing situation and try to have a good Christmas. So i therefore retract my statement about breaching their agreement with yourself over order/refund fulfillment by the holiday period but only in so far as my own case. Whilst a conclusion has been reached for myself, i am aware that they have not met the imposed sanctions in relation to other customers. In light of this my original statement still serves its purpose, which was to make you aware of the situation todate.
yours
This is for the purposes of showing that any information i present to others is current and correct... ;)

Misty, excellent that you have your refund. I bet that was a good feeling just before Christmas.
