Hey, it might be worth a shot. ;)

Since some of Kim's ill gotten gains are
sitting right now in IntGold's frozen
accounts, now might be the perfect
time to let them know that some of
that money belongs to you and a few
others who were lied to.

It might be the perfect time to file a
complaint with the Internet Crime
Complaint Center (http://www.ic3.gov/) which works with
the FBI.

It looks like the Dallas Field Office of
the FBI (http://dallas.fbi.gov/) would handle the Greenville,
Texas area and more specifically Special
Agent Steven A. Lester (http://dallas.fbi.gov/dala.htm) would be the
main contact for internet scams.

Or perhaps you would be more comfortable
contacting Greenville Chief of Police Harold
Roseberry (http://www.ci.greenville.tx.us/city_services/police_department/police_department_contact_information.asp).

And it certainly can't hurt to contact the
Texas Attorney General (http://www.oag.state.tx.us/agency/contacts.shtml).

Simply let them know that among the funds
that they have frozen, they have money in
an account for Kim Inman, YMMSS, Success
Through Advertising, or possibly some other
aliases. These are funds of a man and a
"company" that has lied to thousands of
people and pulled in millions of dollars doing
so.

If you are speaking with someone, tell them
what Kim promised people.

Tell them that he sold you "advertising" with
the promise that he would pay you back double
your purchase every 60-90 days as "designed".

Tell them that he told you that he had special
funds set aside to keep that promise to you in
order to build your confidence and scam some
more money from you and thousands of others.

Tell them every lie that Kim fed you and every
bit of hype he spewed to part you from your
cash.

If you're filing an online complaint, be as
specific as you can in giving what they ask
for.

If you're feeling ripped off, this raid at IntGold
might be the perfect chance to get the ball
rolling on YMMSS-Success Through Advertising.

Hell, if you want some press, these scams
within a scam would probably make a great
follow up story for Brad Kellar at the Herald
Banner (http://www.heraldbanner.com/contactus). Maybe he would love to tell the
tale that the scamming by IntGold itself is
merely the tip of the iceberg.

Go for it.

Before I got banned I made the sarcastic comment about being sure to mention Kim's name to open doors. OOPS. lol
