Here is a post and user that was terminated over at the EzExpo MSN board.
If anyone over there wishes to show the merits as to why such a post was deleted please share here.

We may have been able to get refunds, but not 6 months after our purchase like what is happening now. i think that those pay companies want to tell the judge that they did not know what they were getting into, and that they refunded everyone. or they could be limiting their liability by getting more customers away from the class through refunds. either way, the pay companies mentioned in the lawsuit are giving refunds really quickly with no questions asked lately. it was not like this before. has anyone tried to get a refund from csi? it is nearly impossible!! but I got a refund from ginix with no questions asked. well, actually the first time i told ginix that i wanted a refund and they gave me a hassle. then, i mentioned that i knew about the lawsuit and matrixwatch.org is where i read it. BOOM, they email me back and they say it will be credited within 48 hrs. now, are you going to tell me that watchdogs lawsuit had nothing to do with that?
