Will we ever get a refund.!

I was just wondering if we will ever get our cash refunded from MYDV.

Has anybody recieved a refund since the 01/01/06?

What action will the AGs office take now with MYDV?

If anyone can shed some light on these issues it would help. I guess I am not the only person wondering what happens now to our cash or goods if you still want them.

I can't tell you for sure, because I don't know to what extent the AG is involved since the site is down, so here is my opinion based on if they have taken appropriate action. What usually happens is the AG will have all bank accounts frozen, so that they cannot take off with the money. Then the court proceedings happen, and depending on the outcome, the frozen funds will be released to the appropriate people. So if they rule that the customers are due a refund, then they will use the funds they froze for refunds. At this point in the game, it might take a while, but your funds are probably safer than they have ever been before.

Concerned is absolutely correct in his assumption. If you read the entire MYDV Court Order (http://www.matrixwatch.org/forums/showthread.php?t=3652) carefully, you will see that the AG is watching this company very closely. They are making sure that no documents are destroyed, and all funds are being saved away seperately (in a new bank account).

Rest assured that you are in good hands. Like Concerned said, it might take some time, but you all will get your money back (and maybe something extra for your troubles).

I was promised a full refund on the 10 January. When I called yesterday to confirm that I would recieve it today. I was told the 18th then the 15th January.

So who knows?
grrr I hate mydv, I wish I had never found them.
