This is the latest threat spreading around the matrix community. The answer is no, you cannot be counter sued. Members of this class action cannot be counter-sued by the defendants (EzExpo, Shelby Ware, Damion Flynn, Paysystems, Neovi Data Corp., Ginix, etc.). This comes straight from the attorney.
