hello this is mr morgan i ordered a psp console on the 26th november and still havent received it now and its the 16th january i was wondering how i wud be able to get my money back or even get the psp console with me i have rang them up loads of times and allls theyve said is it will be with you in next 7 days so would sum one be able to help

If I'm correct and you've ordered from pspuniverse or another NEPCO company like mydv, then I sorry but I doubt your goods will arrive. Read some of the other forums on here in relation to mydv and follow some of the links as they give great advice. But you should contact your bank and inform them of what's happened and ask them to charge back your money.

the first thing you need to do is contact your credit card company, inform them that your goods have not been received, and you want to start a charge back.

From reading posts on here, most CC companies know all about the problems customers have had with the NEPCO group of companies.
