Hi Everyone,

Welcome to HA Lotto and the forum, as many of you know from past experience our forums create very caring communities and this one will be no different I am sure.

The HA Lotto is a program that enables you all to earn from Lotto Ticket sales as well as providing the opportunity to WIN, WIN, WIN.

Having said that there is also an underlaying feature of the Lotto and that is to provide humanitarian aid to those people around the world in need. We have in the past funded the building of school classrooms in the Philippines, donated Dialysis machines, artificial limbs, wheelchairs, water treatment plants and much more...

The Humanitarian Aid is a much needed services for people who are unable to support themselves and by participating in and playing the lotto you are helping.

I wish you ALL good luck and a profitable future together.

Best Regards

Bryan

"earn from lotto ticket sales" Does it smells like another ......Ponzi ....?

buy lotto tickets --> make money
winning lotto tickets --> chance of winning more money

Where is the money come from to pay for all these + humanitarian aid? :shake:

I don't think Bryan can pull this ponzi off the ground this time. I hope.

But he does have a lot of fans! Strange. I wonder if all his fans actually make a profit under PIPS. Well, may be.

Don't you think he is setting himself up for trouble by advertising it as a LOTTO? I mean, thats just crying out 'illegal lottery, illegal lottery' ...

In the USA it is a problem. But there are places in the world where one can license to operate a lottery. Check with B. Marsden in Malaysia as he is in the process of doing just that at the moment. lol I see HALotto as a flop before it even launches. Most ROLClubers won't spend any money on this scheme. They are waiting for PIPS to come back restructured. They will be waiting a long, long time. :(

Here is a small portion of an email I just received a minute ago:

Bryan Marsden has posted a Halotto opening post, that will take places in next 24h. If your intressted , please note where BM says:

"Although the site is being opened in test mode, your position in the matrix will be secured and will not change when we go live.

So get in early to secure a good spot in the matrix."

So HALotto is now some sort of matrix? It would appear that much has changed in the past 24 hrs. Moving too fast to keep up with it.

Hi everyone,

I apologise for not being around for a while, but I have been extremely
busy.

I got fed up with being let down by others, so over the last 2 months I
have been doing some intensive learning on PHP programming and have
developed the HA Lotto site myself.

The forum will be going down over the next couple of days, while I do a
server changeover, but when we come up again you will be able to access
the new HA Lotto site and register as a member.

When you register you will receive $200 into your account to allow you
to checkout the functions and services in the site, including buying
lotto, pick 3 and pick 4 tickets.

The site will run like this under test so that it can be fully tested
and any bugs ironed out. After I am happy that all is ok, we will go
live with the site, at this stage all accounts will be zeroized and we
will be on our way to achieving one of the most successful sites around.

I have changed the affiliate matrix to a 5 x 4, it is still a forced
matrix but it means that it will only take 780 members to fill a matrix
and with all members selling their required tickets each week you will
be able to earn $10,225 a month and more in commission.

I have also change the minimum ticket sales requirement to 6 per week
to qualify for commission, but this will now also include your own
purchases.

The last 2 months have been very intense getting this together on top
of everything else. But I think you will all be very happy with the new
site and its potential for you as members.

Got to get back to doing the finishing touches now.

Best Regards

Bryan

I'm guessing there won't be a Hawaii visit with this scam.
So what, did he just drop PIPS and all his "loyal PIPSters" cold or what?

Please note that this Bastiche's former "book keeping" method was, and I quote here "Keeping the numbers in my head." His wife helped with her brain power.

On the other hand, if he pays out 60% of what he takes in he won't be any worse than any other lotto out there.

Buyer beware.

ps. Mr. Marsden, if you are reading this, can I use my PIPS dollars from my account to buy lottery tickets? LOL!

From MW standpoint, we discourage anyone from participating in pyramid-matrix becuase it is a deficit-driven and unjust scheme.
