Welcome RickNelson. I have seen you in the BS forums...Oops! I mean the YM forums. It's good to see you hear. :)

Hey AVidA-

Thanks for the reply. Yeah, I show up at the forums from time to time. I'm probably pretty close to being banned from there but, at this point in time, I really don't care. There are few "middle of the road posts". One is either on the cheerleading squad or the "what the hell is going on here?" side.

I used my STA name so people know who I am.

It's nice to be here. Thanks again.

Rick

Well, Rick, if you're close to being banned that means you're good at speaking the truth. :) I think you've come to the right place for finding it. You can help, too, by clicking on my link and posting your name and losses to Mercinary. Just PM him and he'll add you. ;)

You can also help by contacting "yeppers" or "drankoolaid". They will need information from you for filing a class action lawsuit. We're going to bring him down. I feel very sure of it.
Again, welcome to the truth forum. ;)

I might also add that I am not mad at YMMSS/STA. I am very disappointed in their poor performance. I do not know if this is a scam or not. I joined YMMSS in the beginning because of greed. Buy a 320 and watch it double every 90 (or so) days. With the number of those I purchased, I could have retired in relative comfort in less than a year. As we all know, it just didn't happen that way. Sure, I had a few positions double and was pretty happy about that. I now have over 200 positions. 45 are 320's and the rest in smaller demoninations. But since the accelerator table is going away in 90 or so days, they will all be added together in one big lump sum. Do I think this is the right decision? I have nothing to do with decision making for STA so it really doesn't matter what I think.

I have an opinion on the future of STA, though. I feel that apathy and attrition are going to set in and those two things alone will be STA's downfall. I expect there to be the cheerleading squad that hangs in there and does all they can but the vast majority will simply lose interest. That's my opinion. Like I said before, I'm not mad, just not as interested as I used to be. I will, however, keep reading and posting ads until they close the doors. I have too much invested to just walk away. Is that the right thing to do? I don't know. That's just the way I'm going to do it.

After all, there are plenty of places to make money. This isn't the only egg I have in the nest.

Everybody have a nice day.

I am glad you have other options, Rick. Frankly STA will never pay you your money and even if they did, according to the SEC, it would be called "Ill-gotten gains" and would have to be paid back as what they're trying to cover up is a doubler. But you can't murder someone and then bury them and get away with it any more than Kim can get away with his crime of doubling simply by covering it up. It's already a crime committed and when the authorities catch up to Kim who can't even pay now, what do you think they will say?

Here are some links that may help you understand what we got ourselves involved with http://www.crimes-of-persuasion.com/Crimes/InPerson/MajorPerson/affinity.htm

And Merc already posted this but it's good to repeat it. And this is an article from his own home state. :http://www.suncommercial.com/articles/2006/04/09/columns/benjamin/benjamin.txt

Good Luck.

I'm just wondering how a government agency of the USA is going to drag his butt out of Belize. A crime committed? I don't know. Until there is a judgment by a court, there is no crime, only allegations of a crime. I'm not arguing with you. I only go on the facts and so far there aren't any IMHO.

When the time comes and an official agency or court deems that, in fact, a crime has been committed, then and only then will my strategy change.

Rick, welcome to MatrixWatch! And thanks for sharing your thought and register lost with Yeppers.

No, there is zero chance you will see your money from YM / STA ponzi unless you manage to strike a deal with Kim to get a refund, which is not easy.

We totally respect your prespective on STA. If I may for the Nth time, YM / STA is not a business. It is a ponzi that design to fail, like all ponzi do, eventually. ;) We shall see.

In any cases, welcome and hope to see more of your posts on MW. :)

. A crime committed?

Hi again Rick. I know the denial thing all too well. Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner but I took me a long nap. :) Anyway, as you know, 12dp was deemed an illegal Ponzi which equals a crime. As a result, they were shut down. If you need proof that YM is a Ponzi just PM me and I will give you early documented guarantees of doubling your money and even tripling it (Ponzi by definition) from Kim Inman. The fact that he is trying to cover it up now is a worse crime in my book but the SEC is going to look at where he started. :) Illegal = crime.
