I just came from the ym forum. The mods must have loosened up a bit. There are a lot of folks really venting their frustations over there. They,re really letting Kim have it. Do you suppose the mods have given up too?
I think it won,t be long before Kim will announce he is shutting the "business" down for restructuring, and he will reopen it, new and improved, "soon".
By the way, I "made" $ 1.78 last week! What a crock.

From the sound of his voice last night, and his demeanor which was less than knowlegeable about ANYTHING...told me that he's about ready to cash it in even though he stated otherwise. When did he ever tell the truth?

The mods must have loosened up a bit. We've seen this over and over. After a bit of good news, they clamp down on criticism. When things are dismal, they loosen up. Either way more people show up here looking for support and help in dealing with Kim's mess.

As to if/when the doors completely close, it's hard to say. I think Kim would actually welcome some sort of legal action as long as he'd get to keep his millions and stay out of jail. It would be an easy way out of the nightmare he's created.

Baring that, he'll likely just continue with the periodic restructuring, and place more emphasis on getting the affiliates to work for their pay rather than the passive 30 min/week reading requirement. On a recent call he mentioned several times that the affiliates need to promote and sell.

When he can't cover his overhead, he'll likely cut staff, set everything on cruise control and enjoy the beach.

The pay went up over 400%. Maybe that is why they have loosened up. Now everyone is happy and Kim is God Again.

I wonder where the money came from.

Thanks

this is just a tactic to may people think STA is doing good, which you know Kims goal is to use this tactic to get people to put in more money and more people to join his crooked system.

Then next week, it will be down 400%.

I firmly beleive from all the emails I send out and receive, that we have rattled him by shedding light on the truth, and that he threw about 25k of his own money in to keep them hanging on. It's pocket change to this 30 million dollar man, it's interest from the bank! No big deal, people think we're false and he keeps the lie going. Watch it drop right back down to two cents or less in the next couple of weeks. And the funny thing is about all the blind followers: THE PAYOUT STILL SUCKS!!!!!!!! BUT you won't see that..you'll think it's manna from heaven. .11 cent return on all of your time and money :shake:

Welcome BREEZE!!!!

I agree, in two weeks, they pay will be back at the .02 cents mark. He's just trying a last attempt strategy to keep people falsly believing in him. It's just a hoax and a final attempt to rake in as much as he can at the last minute.

Funny how he didn't even tell affiliates about this "money" that just all of a sudden shows up that is able to pay everyone much more...funy aint it?

I wouldn't be suprised if STA folded up in a month.

I wouldn't either. He sounded so out of it on the call. He was clueless about most everything. I do give it until June and after that c'est la vie!

I get a kick out of the calls, they open their conference calls with a copywright statement. I've never heard a LLC company do this so much. Mostly, just Corporations do that.

Kim is such a screw up. He knows his deal is going under. He should just get it over with and announce the shut down of STA. He knows it's coming.

Oh and about the limit being $3,500 when purchasing "epcs", if im not mistaken he has to document purchases over $3,500 per/person. Correct me if I am wrong?

....Gringo has a good point. As no one can fix a ponzi. So, Kim intention is never about how to turn a ponzi into a real advertisement. It is impossible and all the Kim's cronies and attorney knows this very well.

The logical next step for kim is to find a good excuse to close down the ponzi scam.

Trust me, he is now looking/waiting for this golden opportunity together with his gang and his attorney.

But can he stay out of jail? Can he keep his money, new house, and asset in Belize?

Well, it really depends on how determine YM victims in fighting for justice, plus some luck. :)

I can't be sure, but I think the copywrite statements are in response to some of the stuff we did earlier.

This is an old read of my transcribing some of the earlier conference calls when the cycle times were becomming a huge topic of interest. It is an interesting read if you havn't gone this far back into our history regarding YMMSS.

I haven't really listened to any calls for some time, but my understanding is that all the questions are screened, so you won't have any interesting debate like that anymore. :)

Plus I don't have time to transcribe calls right now...not that it matters anymore because everyone is starting to see the light.

It's just a sales tactic by Kim (Stupid @$$) Inman. Take a note that he supposedly owns thousands of positions himself. So basically he's taking the money he would make off each payout, and just pay the amount he would make, out to all the other affiliates, while throwing $10-15k on top of that with it.

Do people see that he's screwing everyone, when he bluntly lets people know the he (even being the owner) owns 1,000's of "positions" himself! What good does it do him to own "positions" (of what I would like to call STOCK!!) in his own schem of a plan?

Arzel, you are right! As usual. ;) I distinctly remember the "copyright crappola" coming out right after you and a couple of others quoted some of the calls here. It's ridiculous, almost like a challenge because I know several people who still record them for future use. It means NOTHING. Just like this "business" means NOTHING. :shake:

As far as how long it will take for YMMSS/STA to close up shop....

I imagine that Kim is likely playing a balancing game right now. Incoming $$$ versus the payout he has to make. As long as he is still on the positive side of things, he'll likely keep the whole scheme going.

I'll give a conservative guess of January 2007 for the demise of the whole shindig.

Nope. I think Kim will run-out of cash (EPC sales and Kim's previously scammed money) during this coming summer. He has run out of idea to "restructure" his ponzi for the Nth time. :shake:

Logically, Kim should be looking for THE ultimate excuse to close shop. In that sense, close shop could happen anytime.

Yep, the mods tolerence was short lived. All the negatives are gone. Now the poor afs are doing backflips because they got a few bucks "raise" last week. It,s enough to make you sick to read some of this crap. Yeah, ole Kim threw a few thousand in the pot to rally the poor slobs into thinking things are really looking up. There is no hope for these people. I really think some of these people would drink the koolaid with Kim.

Mmmmmm, I dont think he has run out of ideas. Criminal minds are always working 24 hours a day, non-stop. It is my opinion, that he will never run out of ideas.

Mmmmmm, I dont think he has run out of ideas. Criminal minds are always working 24 hours a day, non-stop. It is my opinion, that he will never run out of ideas. Ideally, yes, I agree with you that criminal minds work 24 hours. But for this specific case, after closely monitoring Kim (together with bunch of people) for over a year, I really think he is hitting a wall.

STA was the BEST idea that Kim invented because it conveniently cancel all his liabilities (debt) of YMMSS doubler ponzi! That was a brilliant and successful idea from a scammer standpoint! :applause:

I still can't believe why majority of YMers could just take the "lost" of their doubler money, and shift their attention to the STA weekly payout! I think Kim/Esto/Mike/Jimh/Mark are laughing in their dream with this most successful restructuring.

After STA dies, as expected (since STA is about restructure an obvious scam to a less obvious one), there is simply no way he can make another big restructuring.

STA is YMMSS soft landing tactic, and it is very successful in ALL sort of ways. Now, STA has accomplish its goal, and it is time to RIP.

For me, it is really just about when and what kind of excuse Kim and his attorney will choose to close shop, or stall forever.

Kim is a very successful con-artist. Even after the death of STA, he still manage to hold on to most of the YMers from coming over to register lost. I have to give him and his cronies a lot of credits for his "crisis management" tactic.

To stop this insanity, we really need MORE victims to write testimonials on MatrixWatch and please encourage more YM/STA victims to register lost. .
