banning members?

Okay, maybe I missed something but I though you said when you banned a member the reason would be posted why they were banned?

I have a person username: nicoleeubanks who says you have banned their ip address. I havent seen any negative posts from this person or anything unless like I said I missed something, and they dont know why they were banned. So can you tell me whats going on.

Also leak said they were banned. Did you ban him because you had proof he was Shelby or why did he get banned?

I saw that post on another forum about nicoleebanks and I immidiately checked the IP-ban list and e-mail ban list. I found nothing matching nicolee's records. Then, I checked nicolee's account to see if it had been categorized as a banned account. Nothing. I did not ban nicolee, and the only explanation I can come up with is that he had an alias that was banned for another reason. It is not the ThisSiteSux issue, because I reinstated that account. I do not know why he says he is banned. Now, where did you hear from "leak"?

Guess I am not banned again.... Boy we must really have a love/hate relationship going on here.... Do you love me again today? I do not have any aliases that would have been banned.. As you can see I am not the most creative person when it comes to user names.... Oh and I am a girl everybody.. I know I posted I wouldn't come back on the other forum but as much as it aggravates me to want to be here I am so very interested in checking out the posts on this forum...:)

Honestly, I have not banned you. Do you use dynamic ISP? Sometimes, a dynamic address that other people use gets banned, and it affects the others who also use the system. I've had this same problem with some new members wanting to sign up. They email me and tell me they were banned, and I have to accommodate them. Sorry if you had trouble getting on. Things have been wierd since the update especially.

I would not know what the heck a dynamic ISP is. Like I have posted before I am probably one of the most computer illiterate users on the internet. All I can tell you is I use DSL so if that creates what you are talking about then maybe... I have no idea..... Heck I didn't know an ISP could even be banned from a site til the 1st time I registered here.. ;)
