You should have seen that site before they closed... The owner is horrible.. He uses cuss words when responding to his customers. Everyone wanted out of that site.

Site is not only closed now... but gone too. My husband had bought into a few lists on this site. The owner said that he would be sending out refunds - it's been a long time and still no word from him. Hans anyone here received a refund from Grab4Cash yet?

and you wonder why we are against matrix sites...
because this is the majority of owners. there be a few good apples, but the majority are a bad bunch looking to make a quick buck.
Starr...isn't there a way to get some of this regulated? We need someone besides a site owner owned site like matrixagency doing something about this. Maybe, you and concerned or someone like that could start something that would be the middle man. Unless someone meets a certain set of requirements, like cash reserves or some type of escrow transaction where the customer has to actually sign electronically that they have to read in full and has the risks totally outlined, they would be reported to their state agency.
I think as someone that is closer to the middle on this, you could really get into this and have some type of regulation fee that the site needs to pay or they get reported. that way, you get compensated and the customers can feel assured that they are getting a quality product. I know that matrixagency is somewhat like this, but it is biased being owned by Greg.

Hurley, I wouldn't buy that. There should not be any regulations by anyone except the government. If the matrix sites want, they should seek their lawmakers and seek to have this type of business fall under their gambling laws or something. It sounds like a good idea, but unless the government sets up the regulations, it just won't work. Besides, I wouldn't want to be mixed up in that sort of thing, even of I was a supporter, because you would be guilty of several laws also. They could say that you aided and abeted these schemes. They can also get you for blackmail. They would say that you only wanted the money or else you will report them.

good point...I was trying to figure out a way to hold these sites accountable without using matrix agency since a matrix owner is the main person there and would have some bias.
We just need an unbiased person to report these type of sites that don't apply to some type of rules.

It is a good point you make. We could just begin filing lawsuits and complaints against every new matrix site. That should keep them from opening.

Plus, if you do a search for "grab4cash" on these forums, you will find all kinds of goodies. There is even a post somewhere about them setting up a dummy site in order to trick a payment processor.
Ahh... Here it is:

By the way, Grab4Cash has been listed in the new lawsuit against Pay Request.
