Hi
When Kim Inman has his office registered in Belize what action can be taken on him for his failure in his promisese! All his assets are securely kept in Belize. Will there be any posssiblity of getting the money invested in purchasing of Epcs?

The answer to those questions cannot be fully answered at this time. Most believe that he will not be protected in Belize. You can be sure that if you do not file a complaint you will have a difficult time to recover any losses.

The time to act is now. Click on the link in my signature to get started.

Welcome megainfosource and asusai.

Make sure to fill out your losses using mine or Arzel's link megainforsource.

Asusai, no one knows whether we can recoup our losses but according to the IC3 white collar crimes division of the FBI, Kim can be extradited from Belize as he started the scam on American soil and is hiding American dollars in Central American banks. I think (guessing at this one) that it doesn't hurt that he's an American citizen.
But it takes people saying something, writing to the authorities to get them looking into it. Only in this way, will they even know what's going on. Please use my links to report your losses. :)

Asusai and all,

We prefectly understand many disgruntled YMers have already wasted too much time and money on this scam, and they want to know if it is worth "waste more time" pursuing justice.

That's totally understandable. There is no way we can garantee that you will get your money (or part of your money) back. This is what I can tell you.

Senerio 1: cut lost and walk away quietly.
If most people think about "I don't want to waste my time any more" and walk away. You fall right into Kim's trap. He will walk away as a successful con-artist and will do it again and hurt another 20,000 people!

He is dragging the scheme (paying you a few insulting pennies a week) is to force you to give up, cut lost and go away quietly. Trust me, that is his exit plan since day 1. Look, he has been forcing members to jump loops after loops just to force you to leave the scheme quietly. In this way, he keeps the money, and everyone else (except esto, Mike and those on his payroll) will be pure donors.

Senerio 2: everyone refuse to cut lost and walk away quietly, and start taking action. One or few authorities begin criminal investigation against Kim. Kim and his cronies' assets ceased. Or a classlawsuit attorney steps in to represent victims in class lawsuit against Kim and YMMSS/STA. Kim and his cronies found guilty and their ceased assets auctioned to pay back the victims. Kim goes to jail pennyless.

We strongly encourage the majority of YMers to fight back and spend a few minutes register lost, another few minutes writing your testimonials, and another few minutes filling complaints. Why? Because authorities and lawyers will only be interested in a scam that have many concerned/aggressive victims. No one cares about a scam with only 35 victims. (http://www.matrixwatch.org/forums/showthread.php?t=4101#15) :( No authorities and attorneys can ignore a case with 1,000 or 10,000 victims! We only have 35 registered victims today. We need at least 965 more to get it to 1000! :)

Senerio 3: Massive complaints that result in criminal and civic lawsuits. Kim was found guilty and send to jail, but he has spent/hide all his money, so no money for victims.

We are already late in campaign against Kim because most people want to wait for STA payout to make their final decision. However, it is better late than never. It is possible that our effort will result in only justice but no money.

scenerio 4: massive complaints result in criminal and civic lawsuits. The case drag forever (2-3 years) and Kim is able to get away with very light sentence (even walk away free) , and no money for the victims.

Getting a light sentence is possible (walk away free is highly unlikely, but still possible) with all the possible crimies (http://www.matrixwatch.org/forums/showthread.php?p=40156#post40156) Kim has commited. Well, that's the risk that we should painfully take into consideration as well.

bottomline
If you ask me which senerio is most likely. Since I am not a lawyer, so I really can't tell. What I am certain is that if very few (less than 100) people take action, we will end up at the default scenerio, that is scenerio 1. :(

If we take actions, we will have chance of getting some sort of justice (scenerio 2, 3, 4) and/or money (senerio 2).

Save all your time of reading 30 minutes a week and help yourselves to get justice (and alse money back). :)
