View Full Version : Are You a Victim of EZWealth By Design, 241Biz and/or 10in10Biz?

PianoJan
April 22nd, 2006, 10:04 PM
This posting is an attempt to pull together people who have been scammed by EZWealth By Design, 241Biz, and/or 10in10Biz. This includes people whose accounts were illegally closed by Judy Griffin because of things said to her or posted on forums, people who have never been paid as promised, people who are aware that they paid for a product that was never delivered (website submissions), and any other grievances worthy of reporting to the authorities.

It has been brought to my attention that having a group of many victims filing complaints at about the same time will get the attention of the bureaus and departments receiving them. Those of you who desire justice, AND the prevention of any more Internet scamming by Judy Griffin, please join with us in the effort to stop her illegal scheming once and for all.

We will soon be posting a template for filing complaints, and one for the media as well. This will make our complaints uniform and professional, and all you will have to do is fill in your personal information, and send it off. In the meantime, please establish (anonymous) contact with us in this forum so we can get this organized.

Hi Pianojan,
I am happy to see your post because for long I tried to file a complaint against this group.
I invested in the begining of 2005 by buying both the $45 package and the $300 package. I have never got a penny.

I tried to file a complaint with with one of these firms but I got no reply. And of late I cant even login in.

Help.

The key to anti-ponzi consumer movement is patience and some strategies.

Patience: it really takes some time for victims to overcome their self-denial stage, come forward to share their stories, and eventually take actions.

Stategies: You need to have a few people start posting their testimonials first. In addition, you need some sort of objective analysis on the scams.

We welcome more people, victims and experts to join our consumer movement. Anti-ponzi scam needs collective effort, and it is always good to see someone taking the first step!

Good luck!

The storm clouds are gathering, and it's only a matter of time before these scammers are dealt with. I'm sorry you lost money in this, as so many have.

Please PM me and tell me which agencies you have notified so far. (We are putting together a "form letter" for registering complaints)

Why can't you log into your account?

Evidence is coming to light proving that EZ Wealth By Design has scammed a large number of senior citizens. At this point the authorities are particularly interested in that aspect of things.

The template for reporting EZ to the various angencies is almost ready for posting on Matrix Watch. Please stay tuned for further information, and please don't hesitate to send more PM's if you have more questions about the progress.

Does anyone still have early/original EZWBD ads? Please post them on here, especially the ones that used the word "GUARANTEED". Here is one of the early ads:

EasyWealthByDesign

EZ Wealth By Design has developed a revolutionary system that lets you purchase as many business centers as you want to develope your business. NO Limits and each center pays you earnings up to $249,425 in just 28 weeks, through shared sales profits. There is no sponsoring requirements, and all future purchases cam be made automatically out of your gross profits.

Here’s how it works:
First, EZ Wealth By Design does not require any sponsoring. There’s no need to call your friends and family, and convince them to join . Why? EWBDesign already has some heavy hitters doing the promotion for you! They do all the work to keep EWBDesign running, and you get paid right on time. Promoters are paid handsome rewards for their efforts, so they work hard for you.

Second, there’s no work: EWBD puts your account on auto-pilot. You get a full back-office system, payouts are automatic. You can then draw money out using the New debit/credit card system which can be used in ATM''s/Banks or any place credit cards are accepted or use Internet Banking with INT Gold.
The nice thing is you get paid every two weeks, with no need to visit the site, click a link, or anything else - it’s 100% auto-pilot!

In two weeks, you will begin to get payments in your account, and these will continue every two weeks, for 28 weeks.
Here’s the payments you will receive for a WBD10 package:

Week# 2 4 6 8 10 12 14 16 18 20 22 24 26 28
PC-1 $5 20 65 145 255 395 $565 765 995 1255 1,655 1,655 $1,655 1,655
PC-2 5 25 75 155 $265 405 575 775 1,005 1,265 $1,665 1,665
PC-3 5 25 75 $155 265 405 575 775 1,005 $1,265 1,665
PC-4 5 25 $75 155 265 405 575 775 $1,005 1,265
PC-5 5 $25 75 155 265 405 575 775 1,005
PC-6 $5 25 75 155 265 405 $575 775
PC-7 5 25 75 155 265 $405 575
PC-8 5 25 75 155 $265 405
PC-9 5 25 75 $155 265
PC-10 5 25 $75 155
PC-11 5 $25 75
PC-12 $5 25
Net Pay $5 10 40 105 220 105 $680 1,065 1,580 2,245 3,190 4,005 $5,130 6,240

After 28 weeks, a WBD10 earns you a total of $24,620.

Is it possible to make more money?
Yes. You can also buy business packages, and create as many profit centers as you like. Each one pays like the chart shows.

The company-wide profits are shared among all the profit centers, according to the chart above. If fewer members join than are needed to pay the calculated profits, the team support fund is used to make up the difference.

Each time your profit centers are paid, some funds are put aside into the team support fund, in order to keep the system (this is part of the difference between the amounts in the columns, and the net pay total at the bottom of each column).

There are no sponsoring requirements, and each profit center is paid according to the chart, regardless of any sponsoring activity.

EZWBD is fast becoming their most successful program ever.

The Million Dollar Strategy
If you want to be one of the EWBDesign millionaires, here’s the strategy:
1. Buy a WBD100+WBD10 package today, at a cost of $300 + $45 + fees (up to 6.9%)
2. In 6 weeks, you’ll be in profit, so take some of these profits and buy two more WBD100 packages. Keep doing this every two weeks, and in 28 weeks, you’ll receive income in excess of $500,000 every other week. That’s over a million each month - what we call an EZWBDesign Millionaire!

Well I have safely landed here after searching for my password forever.

I would encourage everyone to get their downlines involved on this thread and start filing your complaints and "testimonials". Download the forms and get them filed immediately. Contact you state Attorney General and any consumer fraud hotlines in your area. If you had no problems telling someone about the site when they joined under you, you should have no problem getting them to seek justice from this program.

The members of EZWBD have endured broken promises and broken dreams, it is time to "break" the reality of programs like this. If your downline will not fill out the form for themselves, help them do it. They will appreciate it a lot more if they know you are trying to rectify a mistake in judgment on your part to share this program with them.

Thanks PianoJan for starting this thread and hopefully more will come along to tell their stories and take some action.

I've had a look into this scheme and it seems to be following the usual path of self destruction (as all ponzi's do).

What happens next is up to the victims of EZWBD, do you:

1. Call it quits and move on to the next scheme hoping you are getting in early enough to recoup your losses.

2. Simply walk away quitely nowing you have been robbed and put it down to experience and do nothing about it (This is the ponzi founders favourite).

3. Come here to tell your story and combine together in the hope that if enough authorities are informed something can be done to shut EZWBD design down (This is my favourite).

However if there are any EZWBD founders out there brave enough to come here and dispute the accusations made against them, they are welcome too.

But I suspect these leaders who where once everyones best friend when the ship was sailing smoothly are now a little tricky to track down, or maybe they can't figure out why the initial Million Dollar Stratergy failed for so many and only made the select few the promised millions.

In case anyone thinks this little reporter was just trying to make a name for himself, (http://www.wttw.com/main.taf?p=1,17,1,4), here are his credentials:

Jay Shefsky is a Supervising Producer with Chicago Tonight. In nearly 20 years at WTTW, his documentaries have been honored with numerous awards, including Emmys, Peter Lisagor awards, and a Cine Golden Eagle. His work has been broadcast nationally on PBS and on the ABCNEWS Nightline program.

For anyone interested, WTTW in Chicago put together a video concerning EZWealth by Design for airing back in December on PBS. It was written in response to people claiming it was a pyramid scheme ....

Here is the link to the media page, its the top on the page (you'll need realplayer to view it):

The movement to stop EZ Wealth By Design is gaining strength and momentum. It is garnering support from people of influence, and I believe victims will soon see this this scam come to an end and justice served in the very near future. It appears to already be crumbling from all the bad press it has earned. There are still a few supporters who are holding on to their hopes and dreams that this might still eventually make them wealthy. That is always the elusive dream with pyramids and Ponzis, and therefore part of the trap. Has everyone seen the video that was aired on Chicago television about EZ Wealth By Design?

The EZWBD pyramid scheme was launched in March of 2005. By the time of the launch, the people who would be making the most money in the program were already in the program through a pre-launch link. It is possible that several of those entered in the pre-launch never paid a dime to the program. This was the case when EZWBD started the now defunct EZBB programs.

Concerning the EZBB programs; what happened to the money in them? I know a few people who entered that program and when it was dropped, they never received anything for it. The money just vanished along with the program. They tell me they never received credit for the defunct products.

EZWBD also had a contest they never made good on. It was advertised on the website for over 6 months but suddenly disappeared with no winner announced. I wonder how the authorities would deal with this if it was a "raffle" with no winner.

I received a letter from the CA Attorney General's Office today acknowledging the complaint I filed with them. They pointed to California's anti-pyramid statute (Penal Code Section 327) designed to protect consumers from schemes based upon making money for introducing others into a program. CA prohibits a company from asking you to pay money (including paying for a product, a service or a membership) in order to receive compensation when you introduce others, or when people you bring in introduce others. Therefore, EZ Wealth By Design is illegal according to CA laws and statutes.

:nono: This posting is an attempt to pull together people who have been scammed by EZWealth By Design, 241Biz, and/or 10in10Biz.

If you haven't already, would all of you please join the consumer movement on here against EZWBD? Here is the link: http://www.matrixwatch.org/forums/sh...4762#post44762

I'm not sure what has happened to the link to the consumer movement against EZ Wealth By Design since MW has changed hands. I'll try to figure it out so we can continue to point other victims to the appropriate agencies.
