Got this today -- borders on unregistered securities if you ask me. Hoping Kanosis pans out but having more and more doubts every day.
**********************************
Dear Fellow Kanosians,
Attached is an opportunity that has been requested by many regarding the potential ability to invest in the growth of the Kanosis opportunity and share in the global sale of the COIL product beyond 14 levels.
Although Kanosis will not sell stock in the company per say, what you will find regarding the Axiasoft Founding Family Foundation could be a very viable investment that is based solely on the actual growth of the company. Even if Kanosis only hits 5% of its projected numbers; you would double your investment every year ($15,000 per year @ 500,000 users) according to the projected numbers and return.
Please Note:
The use of proceeds will go towards further “pro-active” infrastructure development and at the same time allow for core group of people to profit from not only their 14 levels but on every COIL subscription ever sold. Nothing like driving the value of your own investment!
The Axiasoft units are fully transferable BUT each one will have to go in the name of ONE individual or ONE entity/trust (in case two or more people wanted to share in the investment of one).
Due to the fact that they will go relatively quickly, I have put a system in place that will give each person the ability to participate equally. My hope is that it will not “take away from” everyone’s focus on the launch of the company but enhance it.
Please CLICK HERE (http://www.thinaircorp.com/axiasoft) (“UNITS AVAILABLE”) to see the availability of the units. There are two stages that need to be performed in order to guarantee your investment.
1) Step One- Submit your “spoken for” unit request by clicking “purchase unit” on the link above. Once this has been done, you will be contacted via email with instructions on how to complete the transaction.
2) Step Two- Fax a copy of your wire transfer and signature pages included in the subscription agreement package. This will give you a CONFIRMED level in the queue.
3) Step Three- Get busy making your investment grow with the Kanosis opportunity.
Once the units are gone, they are gone for good. Each confirmation will be dependent on the time stamp of the faxed wire confirmation and any units purchased over the 150 total outstanding, the monies will be returned and the investment closed out.
Best regards,
Trip Wakefield
PLEASE DO NOT ENTER YOUR NAME INTO THE QUEUE UNLESS YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT ACTUALLY PARTICIPATING IN THE FOUNDING FAMILY FOUNDATION PROGRAM.

This is interesting news indeed.
This probably stems from the fact that some of the major ponzi/matrix players are upset about the fact that you cannot earn past the 14th level.
Normally this would not be a concern because a normally functioning pryamid would not have a problem. However, some enterprising individuals went and screwed up the whole pryamid by creating a huge singualar downline of some 100+ levels. This could in effect elliminate the possibility of anyone ever generating enough of a downline to actually make a ton of money.
Most people won't make any money anyway, but there are a few that would make a lot, and this could ruin that opportunity for them. This also hurts Kanosis, because these are the people that would normally promote Kanosis the most, but now their incentive to push has been reduced.
But back the original issue.
This certainly does sound like unregulated shares, and as such would be illegal in the US as well as many other places in the world.
Jim,
Do you have a comment on this? Does Kanosis have a licence to sell shares of interest in Kanosis?

out of all this, the most interesting fact is that Wakefield's company is called "Thin Air"
Noun
* S: (n) thin air (nowhere to be found in a giant void) "it vanished into thin air"

What is your source of information that this has happened?
please give some more detail
How many people have done this?
and of course $102.50 is the monthly pricefor COIL when you are not in the Matrix earning commisssions

I believe Axiasoft was absorbed by Kanosis so whether the founders of Axiasoft have a bigger enough share in Kanosis to allow them to issue some form of private stock allocation in their part of the Kanosis Business.
What I would like to know is what share Axiasoft hold in the main Kanosis business and also the cost of each unit and how this translates in percentage to the Kanosis Business stake holding.
As these stake holdings are entirely performance related I need more information on the cost of each unit and whether buying such a unit entitles the owner to a position in the Matrix (sorry Family Tree) or only Kanosis members are privy to this option.
Jim help please if you can :)
The sceptic in me says this is another attempt to squeeze some more funds out of already brainwashed Kanosians to raise some extra revenue as the pre-launch may not have been the big money spinner it was intended to be.
Estimated potential customer base of 5000+ so I suppose its worth a shot.

Jim told me this was going on and was wondering what it might do to the model I predicted.
The main impact of such a maneuvor will be that fewer people will be able to attract a full matrix.
Now there is a little ambiquity regarding exactly how the matrix lines are filled due to spillover. In one scenario the person at the top of this little sub model will do quite well, and end up screwing everyone else above him (at least from their perspective).
The other scenario is that most everyone (that is in a position to earn money) ends up stuck at a level making only a few more bucks than it costs to be a member.
This situation is actually good for the most part in that it allows the potential for a greater number of people to break even and reduces the number that a making substantially more than anyone else. Unfortunately this situation also opens up a possibility of such a diluted pryamid as for hardly anyone to make anything.
I am planning on doing a little more analysis of this, but just haven't had time.

After expressing the same concerns I had posted here to Kanosis Management, I received the following email from Mr. Wakefield. I appreciate the responsiveness of Kanosis management with this issue. I also think this shows that they take concerns that are brought up seriously.
Dear friends,
It has recently been brought to my attention that it would be best if I were to retract the email that was sent out earlier regarding the Founding Family Members Opportunity. The reason is simple. Although it was meant as a private placement opportunity (friends and family only), it could be perceived by some as a public offering due to the electronic way in which I sent it which I have recently found out has rigid rules and regulations and this would prohibit anyone from participating at this time.
With that said, please understand that this is being done to make sure that I don't personally cause any inadvertent problems for the company regarding the above in any way shape or form. Also it needs to be understood that I am only a representative just like you trying to be a positive influence rather than potentially a negative influence on every level. It is always better to be safe than sorry and on this one, I am both.
I again apologize for my actions of sending out the email earlier and I should have asked permission before doing so. I honestly did not think that there was a problem with it or I would not have done it. Again, please disregard the email that was sent earlier regarding the Axiasoft Founding Family Foundation Opportunity and I wish everyone the best success as we launch a company that will help change lives for the better!
If you have any further questions on this status of this investment opportunity please email those questions directly to KanosisHQ@Kanosis.com
Very best regards,
Trip Wakefield

Nice to see a swift response to this situation from Kanosis.
Whether its a hand caught in the cookie jar situation or just an honest mistake we will wait and see.
I would expect the link to thinaircorp to become innactive unless this offer is continuing and the mistake was in the way the announcement was made.
Now the cynical amongst us (me included) may say does retracting an e-mail because the offer itself was a secret and only itended for close friends and family make the offer itself more apealing, that may only be true if everyone in Kanosis got the retraction e-mail as well as the offer. To avoid getting tied up in knots over this maybe its best not to read to much into it for now.
Thanks amazingplace for keeping us upto date on this.

Very best regards Trip Wakefield
Trip didn't ask permission of other kanosis founders like the "herbalife guy" or a lawyer for kanosis?????
He just decided by himself to get 150 people to send $15,000 to raise $2,250,000
Trip is only a representative just like you??????
Is anyone actually buying this crock?
PS: Why did kanosis remove their actual street address recently from their website?
Do they even have a CA office?
Does all this mean they are hurting for capital?
US Administration Offices
Kanosis Limited
Newport Beach, CA
Why is their FAQ on their website still out of date?

What they did was retract the email. They never said they were retracting the offer. They are looking for "friends and family only" which I take to mean "insider trading" since they won't simply go out to the stock market like any legitimate company, and let the investors drive the value of the company.
