Thanks for you post tellthefbi2 .... I found this link in reference to MisITforME from the Rhode Island BBB:
http://www.rhodeisland.bbb.org/commonreport.html?bid=17135
It sounds very much like what MyDV did back at the end of last year, basically promising products that never got delivered.

Mixitforme is an internet based business engaged in online sales of electronic items including Ipods, computers, and cell phones. The company sells overstocks, closeouts etc. purchased in small lots from Distribution Centers, Distributors and companies going out of business. Merchandise is discounted with the selling price based upon the purchase price of that lot. As a result prices for the same merchandise will vary from lot to lot and can change daily.
The Mixitforme website advises that most of their products usually ship within a 6-8 week timeframe and are currently sent by ground delivery. Consumers are advised that actual in-transit shipping time must also be added to this time estimate. Therefore, depending upon customer location, the actual receipt of the products purchased could take longer.
NOTE: As of 12:00 pm, Monday, March 27, 2006 the company's Providence offices were closed and a message posted on their website indicated that the site was "temporarily inaccessable". Attempts to reach the company by phone were unsuccessful.

In some of the articles I was reading on this Mixitforme.com company, they make the same claim that our friends at Nepco made when things came crashing down, cash-flow problems. Apparently, they accepted $28 million worth of orders since late last year, and only had (as the above shows) around 22 employees at the current time (their max was around 77). I can't see them making that much money, and then claiming cash-flow problems unless someone is pocketing some of it .... thats just my opinion ...
Are there any customers out there of mixitforme.com that were scammed by this company?
