I am concerned over STA.YMMSS. I have a friend who introduced me to the site and he got in early. He has gotten paid, I have seen results of it. He only had one stream, and got paid numerous times, however, I am concerned of teh slow down and the resulting low pays per $320. What info would I need get my bank to reimburse me and go after these bums.
Where si the proof that the gov't and others are looking at them?:(

As far as fighting back, the thread you want to visit is here:

Other folks can chime in about gov't agencies that might be pursuing STA. The bottom line is that we need more people to file complaints. There simply are not enough people doing so. Gov't agencies don't launch investigations based on 10, 20, or even 75 complaints! We need hundreds of people to just onboard this consumer movement! :)

I don't understand your question. Why/how would your bank remiburse you? Reimburse you for what?

For being misled into participating into a ponzi scheme.

I can't imagine that waragainstsatan. I mean, the money in the bank is yours to do with as you please. If you buy bad merchandise from say--wal-mart, you take it back to them and get a refund. Since Kim isn't giving refunds, the only way to get your money back is to fight YMMSS for it. And that means filing your losses. Use my links below, etc. But as far as a bank reimbursing you, I have never heard of such a thing. Maybe I didn't understand you.

Requesting a charge-back from a credit card issuer and contacting your bank to report the fraud isn't unheard of. In fact, it is what we commonly suggest to fraud victims.

Worth a shot anyhow. Highly unlikely indeed.
