I think that if you are a customer that has had a bad experience, and you are looking to get a refund, you have come to the right place. Watchdog has created this forum to help people get their money back. At the same time, it has been other customers that have been cheated that have helped out customers MORE.
In addition to this website, there is another website that you should visit. It is:

They claim that they will help you resolve your differences. I would like to invite anybody with a LEGITIMATE complaint to go over to their website and file a complaint. Then can you report back here and post your experiences here? I am interested in how the process works, and interested in getting the opinions of customers that have used the process. PLEASE, only do this if you ACTUALLY have a LEGITIMATE DISPUTE. I would do this myself, but I have never purchased a spot in a matrix, and I don't want to get them mad by submitting a false claim.
