BBB vs matrix site

BBB don't accept complaints against matrix site?
They said pyramid scheme was to be filed with Attorney General.

That was quick of them to respond stating that the matrix sites are pyramid schemes. They must have had a lot of complaints about these sites, and have already determined that they are pyramid schemes. Did you ask them if THEY contacted the Attorney General? You would think that they would have mentioned something to them. If they didn't then they really aren't helping the general public like they should.

It wouldn't really supprise me that they won't deal with these sites though. They are mostly focused on business that subscribe to their service.

I'm not sure if you are asking a question or making a comment. Actually, they are actual employees. Here is the link to their employment information.

It is possible that they have SOME volunteers at some offices, but as far as I can tell, they run things like a business.

It would be nice to know if they cooperate with other authorities about things like matrix sites. If they don't then it is TOO BAD. I hope the work with other agencys or else they are causing a disservice to consumers.
