Thanks to Watchman for supplying this information on other Kanosis founder's.
Primedomain Hyperoffice
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mr. Kildey said he was world-wide marketing & product manager & he & Stephen Whittington were raising funds for Prime Domain. Meanwhile Mr. Kildey was selling these "City Servers" to unsuspecting people for $20000. They were supposedly going to generate an amount per transaction for that allocated area. Scammed "clients" were sold "city servers" & Mr. Kildey supposedly had been asked to live in America and manage Prime Domain and Mr. Whittington the CEO.
Kildey was pushed for Contracts and boundary definitions, Kildey said that Keith Bucks (Prime Domain) would not return his calls and had not done so for 6 weeks and if you wanted your money returned, you had to take it up with Prime Domain. So far nobody has had their money returned nor had the system set up with boundaries defined.

This information may already be available to current Kanosians so is only of any real use to new potential customers.
Its important I point out that I am unfamiliar with the previous business of Mr Kildey or the complications which arose that caused it to go into liquidation.

Wow, interesting stuff. I guess Kanosis is LUCKY to have someone experienced in this type of business failure activity, because I am sure Kanosis will need the expertise Mr. Kildey brings when the business fails.

I am a victim of the Kildey & Whittington Prime Domain scam and other fraudulent activities. Kildey, in particular in my opinion belongs in jail. If he dares to respond to this, perhaps he would like to enlighten everybody as to why he no longer can conduct business in Western Australia.

Since I am paying customer of Kanosis I was very interested in this new thread… but after reading all of the documents presented I see nothing more than a failed business, which had nothing to do with Steve Whittington. If there is any information regarding Kildey going to jail or even being charged with any crime I would love to see it.
I would also like to see some information regarding this Prime Domain company that Steve Whittington was supposed to be CEO of, or for that matter, even an employee… where is this proof?
I don’t know about everyone else here but I don’t believe everything I read on the internet… especially when it comes from people determined on doing anything they can to discredit a company they don’t particularly like.
I have an open mind but I am not gullible enough for this kind of mud slinging without proof.

Hello Nepatriots:
I agree its important to keep an open mind on this and this new information is still coming to light.
As a customer of Kanosis you have a right to ask the founders any questions you may have to clarify anything you see posted here. As the Kildey/Whittington credentials where Hyped at the pre-launch phase of Kanosis I'm sure clarification would be forthcoming if the right questions where asked.
I'm in total agreement that you shouldn't beleive everything you read (especially on the internet) but this works both ways so please consider this thread more of an information gathering exercise rather than an attempt to sling mud at Kanosis.
If Kanosis has its own members only forum maybe clarification can be requested there.

I owned 4 city severs with Prime Domain, failure had nothing to do with Whittington or Kildey it was due to the under capitalization and business tactics of Keith Buck who was the CEO.
It was a business risk and an impressive business model that was mis-managed by the CEO.

Kildey and Whittington were well aware that the Prime Domain project was under-capitalized and in fact, according to Kildey, were the two main players in raising capital for the Project. All this while Kildey continued to promote and sell the City Servers.

frito, welcome to MatrixWatch and share your view. Thanks.
Please excuse me if I am competely off in this topic. When you said you owned/bought 4 city severs ($20,000 each, right), do you imply that you are happy with the service? Or the service is not yet available?
Feel free to elaborate as most of us are not familiar with prime domain. Thanks. :)

After reading the above two documents, I don't think Mr. Alistair Kildey has a good record in explaining his own business. :nono:
If I were Kanosian, or even executives of kanosis, I will really reconsider my partnership with this person.
Here are some passages I quoted from the above two documents. A very good reason to raise a red flag!
First document. page 11.
Mr Kildey has advised that the financial records may not have been generally accepted accounting principles. Therefore, the financial records determining the financial position and performance of the company.
First document. page 12.
Mr Kildey has advised that he cannot adequately explain why the company failed. Mr Kildey has asserted that he delegated the preparation of financial information to various parties and that he was not provided with adequate information to understand the full extent of the company’s financial difficulties.
Second document, page 2
The Chairman advised that all proofs of debt lodged with him were admitted for the purposes of voting at the meeting with the exception of the proof of debt submitted by Alistair Kildey, the director of the company. Mr Kildey had submitted a claim for $205,000. The Chairman noted that Mr Kildey had not provided any documentation in support of his proof and accordingly he admitted it for voting purposes for $1.
Second document, page 6.
The Chairman suggested that the company has experienced roughly a $60,000 per month deficiency. He asked Mr Kildey to explain. Mr Kildey could not explain where the money had gone.
The Chairman advised the meeting the CIT was a major creditor because 10 to 14 ATM machines had been paid for by CIT but the machines had not been supplied by Global to the customers. Global had obtained a document from ATM merchants confirming that they had received their ATM machine when in reality they had not.

Everything has gone quiet on the kanosis front. Has it collapsed? If it has I am sure that it won't be Kildey and/or Whittington's fault( as with Prime Domain - remember it was Keith Buck's fault). I am sure that according to Kildey and Whittington, that someone else has scammed the money.

A Kanosis update sent to me this morning might be of interest:
Victories
Kanosis Ltd, has tactically made a well-deserved shift in its corporate management strategy. We thank you, the members, for moving the company out of start-up dynamics and into a tactical and strategic growth planning and management phase. This shift represents multiple victories in the seven months since Kanosis was formed. Below, you will find capsules of some the Kanosis Ltd milestones. The victories will be presented in reverse order from most recent to oldest.
July 1, 2006 Successfully Completed Start-up
* Generated 8,700 subscriptions representing 1000's of individuals and entities.
* The Kanosis Board, Stephen van Zutphen and Yiannis Antoniou, elected Start-up team members Allistair Kildey and Steve Whittington to lead a catalyst launch assignment to design a business model to virally market the core technology. Whittington dutifully and effectively completed his catalyst launch assignment and the Kanosis community owes him a great debt of gratitude for his role in the most difficult phase. Kildey has been terminated for working against the interests of the company, misrepresenting the company and the Kanosis service offering, lack of proper corporate communication and failure to deliver on marketing material. We are thankful for each and every one of you who has joined us on this exciting journey.
May 25, 2006 Successfully Negotiated Global Payment Solution
* Kanosis, Ltd. finalized a contract with FBME (www.FBME.com), one of the world’s premier banking institutions for card services, to deliver a Visa debit card to all Kanosians who register with FBME. This relationship between Kanosis and FBME allows Kanosis to electronically deliver earned commissions to all Kanosians via the COIL framework..
* Please keep in mind that online payment solutions are one of the hardest things to achieve on the internet. For example, Google even with all of their Wall Street connections, power, money and might are still struggling to deliver a global payment solution such as we are announcing today.
* FBME is committed to having the Visa debit cards in the hands of Kanosians by early September, 2006. You will soon be able to register with FBME via coilSPARC. This fantastic integrated system, which has been months in the works, is fully permitted and will be offered to you soon through coilSPARC.
May 1, 2006 Successfully Deployed a Global Virtual Private Network (VPN)
* Kanosis, Ltd having completed certification and testing of its global VPN concept, literally flipped the switches to what may be the looked back upon as the core technology that catapulted the internet into the 21st Century whereby Kanosis manifested out of the ether into a stable, secure connectivity and internet services delivery platform.
* On May 1st when the switches were flipped on, in milliseconds the COIL framework, the brain behind Kanosis' portfolio of on-demand internet apps, was deployed. . . Bam!. at that instant, . .a global VPN was established. The core COIL technology delivered a synthetically intelligent intuitive framework that instantly transformed internet security, file sharing, instant messaging, project collaboration... and many other internet services and capabilities into a new dimension of performance.
Feb 12, 2006 Successfully Built Sales Pipeline to Surpass $1 Million per Year
* From $0 to one million dollar status in 45 days. The number speaks for itself. At $22 per sale, multiplied out to 12 months, this major financial threshold was crossed.
* Corporate Kanosis measures goals in powers of 10: beginning with 1Kanosian. . .10. . .100. . .1000 Kanosians. . .and our next goals of 10,000. . .100,000 etc. At present, we are closing in on our 5th membership milestone of 10,000 Kanosians.
Nov 27 2005 What Sparc'd It All
* On November 27, 2005, at the end of eight years of development of the COIL global internet framework, Kanosis was born on the island nation of Cyprus in the Eastern Mediterranean Sea. Yiannis Antoniou, principal of Cyprus’ largest real estate company, urged his best friend, Stephen Van Zutphen, to lend the power of COIL to their newly founded company Kanosis and begin creating interfaces to COIL's internet-based framework and data repository that virtualizes real world relationships between people and data. Sophistication met consumer dynamics and CoilSPARC, was delivered to our members as the most friendly gateway for delving into the depths and capabilities of Coil.
* Antoniou intuitively knew that internet proliferation had reached critical mass and had paradigmetrically reshaped human lifestyles (people were hooked to reading, researching, communicating, and transacting on-line). At the event horizon of this paradigm, the worldwide marketplace’s hunger for internet apps could not escape the return to the pen and paper desk top.
1999 - 2005 The Underground Days
* From suburban Maryland in 1999, Stephen Van Zutphen, a systems genius while mentoring Peter Maffey, a programming prodigy conceived COIL. Soon the two coders secreted away to Cyprus to avoid the influences from the slam-it-together now, synchronize-it later mentality of Silicon Valley. It is during this period, with the help of another prodigy, Manuel Tomis, that they perfected their internet within the internet, and secured their interface friendly framework, called COIL.
I find it strange that Jim Southworth doesn't even get a mention and also the statement of Kildey's dismissal is one of the harshest that could be made.
Kildeys flaw in my opinion is that he mislead customers into believing the earning potential was huge but in reality this is not the case.
I'm sure Kanosis didn't complain when they acheived 8000+ sign ups but now those sign ups will be leaving the company and taking their downlines with them maybe Kanosis needed a scapegoat.
Whatever the future for Kanosis holds its success will be linked to the software and supposed secure network and not the overhyped downline building or 'Business Opportunity'.
If the software is of potential use to you then give it a go by all means but don't join solely for the income potential which was always designed to acheive the maximum number of members in the shortest possible time, even if this meant missleading individuals into thinking this was some sort of wealth building program.
Just my opinon-Take it, leave it, ignore it, debate it, the choice is yours.:)

JW should be JS (Jim Southworth), sorry. :p I am a bit surpriced that this guru is not mentioned in the latest update.
I won't be surpriced if Jim (may be with the unjustifiable ex-President of Herbalife -- Whittington) venturing into the "next big thing" on the internet. Of course, it will AGAIN, be as big as google or MSN or something of that magnitude. ;)
8700 signups, not bad at all. :) Again, we hope kanasis's restructuring is toward a real software company, and not ANOTHER pyramid/MLM in which software is just an option.
We welcome more insiders and kanosians sharing their information on our forum. :)

A bit more information/Moral boosting from the Kanosis Team Captain.
To meet the Kanosis Management team, check the webspace and click on View Kanosis Team! These are some of the key people working hard to provide this opportunity to you in the right way.
What is Kanosis? An MLM? A software company? A scam? The next Google? None of the above?
First, read an excerpt from The World is Flat, by Pulitzer prize winning columnist for the New York Times Thomas Friedman:
Genesis: The Flat-World Platform Emerges
We need to stop here and take stock, because at this point the platform for the flattening of the world has started to emerge... the rise of the PC... the spread of the Internet... the emergence of standardized transmission pipes and protocols that connected everyones machines... Put it all together and what you end up with is the crude foundation of a whole new global platform for collaboration...
It is always dangerous to declare a turning point in history. We always tend to feel that when we are alive something really major is happening. But I am convinced that the genesis of the new flat-world platform and the six new forms of collaboration it has spawned will be remembered in time as one of the most important turning points in the history of mankind -- one no less significant than the invention of the printing press or electricity. Someone had to be alive when it happened -- and it happens to be you and me.
Kanosis is rooted in a vision of community, interaction, knowledge and wealth sharing powered by proprietary internet technology. No one person came up with this vision. Many contributed to it in positive ways. In some ways, Kanosis invented itself as inevitable. And it continues to transform.
remember Enosis (joining together), Knosis (knowledge), and Kinisis (interaction)
This core vision remains unchanged from Day 1.
Nothing like Kanosis has existed in previous history. So it should be no surprise that many adjustments have been made and are being made to realize the vision. And remember, although Kanosians now exist in nearly half of the countries on this planet, Kanosis is presently a small company with a small budget. We make up for this with our talented dedicated staff, and the efforts of the Kanosians who love the vision and tolerate the growing pains and who are pushing the company forward at its infant stage.
We need to now ask all of you to understand the vision and to support it, each person in a small way. I will begin to post regularly with clear information about what Kanosis is doing and what we ask of you. We are giving you 70% of the subscription money that we take in, and under this model, we have the right to expect A LOT from you. And we owe you transparent communication about our challenges and victories, and a clear coherent plan regarding how to move ahead, something which we all know has not existed up until now.
On the bright side, you have involved yourselves with a company, though in its infancy, that has what other big companies are dreaming of! And those companies don't need you, nor will they share the money with you. And any vision they have is designed just to get money out of your pockets into theirs. Over time, you will see the true heart of Kanosis is different than those companies.
Please take a moment and listen to the audio, where the top people at Sun Microsystems, a company with a 2,000,000,000 USD (yes, that is 2 billion) per year Research and Development budget wish they were us! Sun has over 30,000 employees, and over 5000 java engineers alone.
http://wcdata.sun.com/webcast/download/podcast/06D00685/06D00685_01.mp3
Kanosis has a 200,000 USD R&D budget, and less than 10 java engineers. Yet, we were able to actualize the vision that Sun is dreaming about in REAL CODE. This technical advantage is in large part due to the COIL framework, which was built over many years, and was kindly licensed to Kanosis and provided a quantum head start to the efforts.
Microsoft, with its Windows live implementation, and its army of developers, is further down the road than Sun. Check out www.live.com to see that all the big companies are now pursuing what COIL has long had.
Kanosis is competing directly with Windows live. But Microsoft is not interested in building a community, and will never share the wealth with you because their advertising budget, most likely in the hundreds of millions of dollars, replaces in their minds the need for a Kanosis style grass roots viral friend to friend promotion.
How can you help Kanosis and make it a success for you and others? Learn the message of our new management team -- learn the product, create your private virtual network online and watch as it grows virally around the world via SPARC! (powered by COIL). Watch for your announcements. We are learning from you as well. Stay tuned for a lot of new direction here, and get into SPARC! http://coilsparc.kanosis.com
It is the best place to get up to the second information about Kanosis. Check out the chat rooms, and send me an authorization request to xxxxxxx@kanosis.com and say hello.

From Steven R. Hays, Director People Operations and Member of the Board of Directors for Kanosis:
On July 2, 2006 I joined the executive team of Kanosis. However, my path toward this role began as a monthly subscriber to the software. Then, I increased my commitment to the company by investing $10,000.00 (US). A few weeks later I significantly and substantially raised my investment in what I perceive to be a billion dollar company. This investment increase positioned me as the 2nd largest investor in the company.
Today, I serve in an executive role to connect the people to the technology and the technology to the people – which includes all processes, paths and strategies to do this.
To date, I have experienced total transparency with Stephen van Zutphen and his brother-in-law Yiannis (Cypriot for John) Antoniou who together own 80% of the business. Although customer perception and communication is paramount to the success of a company, its pulse is measured by its investors, and there are less than 70 total investors. I have spoken to all but a handful and am reaching out to them all. In doing this, not one investor has ever complained, become irrational or made a brash statement to us. We have provided each investor an open forum to do so.
Major changes have occurred in Kanosis since its formation. Major changes occur in all companies during their first nine months. As of this writing, this company is 9-months old. Are there some people that purport that Kanosis is a scam? A Google search for Exxon or Microsoft with the word scam will provide the same result. But none are a scam. Companies that do business in 95 countries can not do so with unethical or illegal business practices. Remember at the top of this posting that I stated that I am a member of the Board of Directors. We do not respond to the accusations of “arm chair attorneys”.
This does not change our responsibility for ethics, transparency, pursuit of perfection - what once was a goal (pre-launch) is now a reality 9 months later, and we always have been and are a company with pure motives. We are and have been providing good products. And, we had desired to have people to be able to share in the gain. But the sharing comes at a price and a responsibility. Our members, who have elected to be distributors, which means they can earn commissions from inviting people, are required to conduct proper orientation and training and to support those they invite. This was the original premise behind our sharing revenues with those that joined the community and bought the software.
Now that uptake for the software is on the rise - and the company is moving into its viral phase of word-of-mouth advertising and a global “buzz” is beginning to rise where the word on the street is “these people at Kanosis have really developed something revolutionary” - now that we are at a "beginning to walk" phase of our infancy, perhaps more people will elect not to be distributors (earn commissions) and just choose to be subscribers and the whole distributor plan eventually fades away. Is that our goal? No. But that is the trend now.
There is a “lasting” community right now within Kanosis, but is restricted to those that are using CoilSPARC (our product); the other community of people who are trying to “get people to buy” something that they do not even know what they are selling…well this community is not lasting, nor should it. The integrity is in the product. The value is in the community that comes from those that have downloaded CoilSparc, learned the core functionality of the program to the level to have an "ah ha! moment. It is then that one realizes that Kanosis has delivered the best communication platform on the internet and offered as a revolutionary software that changes the paradigm in how people communicate and interact with each other and with their data.
For example, when someone goes to www.kanosis.com to join (to buy) they have a choice of whether to become a distributor and software purchaser or just a software purchaser. This was a change we made at the request of our customers.
Furthermore, in taking the time to position the software to a very large market, which we estimate at over 25 million people globally, the product has a value multiple times its cost. Now that we are nine months old, now the software has proven that it has sufficient value, performance and substance to stand on its own, the software is carrying itself.
Kanosis is an online destination, where technology meets relationships and a virtual community is born. Our software from the inventor’s first vision was a tool for people to improve their interaction people to people and people to data. That means that the software will link people.
Our tool to help people link to one another is CoilSPARC. We think it is positioned as the on-line onramp to the best internet experience ever. Sure, there is a learning curve. The software is revolutionary. In the design process we had to make decisions between “requires learning curve - but result is outstanding” on one hand and "easy to use, no training, intuitive, does what other products do” on the other. We chose to deliver to the world something new, something that requires a little orientation and training...and bam! People have been having “ah ha!" moments and our company is moving forward!
In nine months we have delivered a global VPN, perhaps the most secure environment on the Internet. We’ve demonstrated that CoilSPARC is the most advanced communication platform on the internet. We’ve created an ad free community and have customers in over half the countries on the planet. We still have much work to do...but we’ve come along way from a software inventor, using “borrowed” office space in December 2005, where the first 200customers paid by check or cash into an “Office Depot” style cash box.
