Has there been any news from the SEC or from any of the complaints filed?

I don't think so Lexxie.

For those close to the situation,
I think it's a case of the old
"watched pot never boils" syndrome.

I think the best thing that most
victims can do is get their names
on the lists started here, file their
own complaints to the proper
authorities, and then get back to
living life. :)

Some may want to stick around
and be more proactive in preventing
new victims from being created, but
other than the above, there isn't
a whole lot more that can be done
to speed up the process.
