If anyone out there can help i would really appreciate it. In march I purchased 2 tracks on matrixcomkits and I was tracking fine. About 2 or 3 weeks ago I tried to check how I was doing and I could not get the website to come up anywhere. So, I am guessing that I got screwed out of my money. Is there anyone out there that can help me in trying to retrieve my money?
Thanks,
madman24

How did you pay matrixcom? How much did you pay? Supposedly, Matrixcom was to refund their customers, but we have had many of them here at the site lately.

PayPal is being sued for their services offered to every matrix site in the country. The details about what customers can do next will be released as soon as I get an update. Read a thread I just posted entitled, "Help is on the way". You can see what to do in the meantime. Thanks for your patience.

That's when I bought and was placed on the bottom of the list- where it stayed- LOL The processor in the beginning of March was Paysystems.com Inc

Wait... I though PaySystems froze their account earlier than that. You mean that while PaySystems froze EzExpo's account in February, they were still servicing MatrixCom? This is rich!

No, you don't have a big problem. It is highly likely that you paid through one of the processors that has already been sued. Just stay current on our updates. Welcome to the site, and thanks for joining our forums. Your question will definately be answered in time.

I still think she used Paysystems back then and changed around the middle of March. But I would hurry up and call them and see what they say. You will have to tell them what credit card you charged it on and the amount. They should be able to tell you if you did it though them or not. Here is the phone number I got them at. 888-751-0744. I would not wait long on this though.

Did you mention the lawsuit and that other pay processors are getting sued for their involvement in these schemes? I bet they would listen to your request then.

no i didn't because i wasn't aware that a lawsuit was in process yet. I will try to do that next. Can you give me some feedback as to what can happen to them as of right now so i have some ammunition for my argument? Thank you

Madman,
How did the phone call go? Did you get your money back?

nada they won't budge, they just keep telling me that it's been over 6 months and the money from my card has already been released. I don't know what else to do.

The road is not a dead end yet. Go to the "legal advice" link in the Main Menu on the home screen. Contact the attorney and see if anything can be done on your behalf. This will not cost you anything.

I also would like help from someone in getting some money back. I've put over $2000 into matrix sites since November. Some I was able to get back, but I'm still out $700 from EZExpo because PaySystems refuses to refund that money. I've been trying for over a month to get it back, but they just won't do it, and mentioning the lawsuites, etc.... does not help.
Thanks
