I'm wondering a few things about the lawsuit. I know you may not be able to go into detail on some of this.
What is the game plan if you do not win the lawsuit?
If you do win the lawsuit, what will be happening shortly afterwards for the victims, or I mean 'customers'???
Will matrix sites still be open and able to function if you do win this lawsuit? Or would they all be forced to close?
Also, I haven't seen any posts from Shelby or Damion on any of the forums lately. Is this because they don't want to give out any information that could be used against them? OR if the lawsuit is really moving along, could they be spending more time preparing for it? Hmmm....
I'm sure others can add more questions. Those are just what came to mind in relationship to this lawsuit.

Read my "prayer for relief" on the last couple pages of the lawsuit. That is what I have requested to happen at the end of all this. How it will turn up is completely up to the courts. I will give everyone a detailed account once that day comes. Good question.

3. For preliminary and permanent injunctive relief pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 17203 restraining and enjoining defendants from continuing the acts of unfair and unlawful competition and deceptive practices set forth above, requiring defendants to take any acts needed to prevent further violations, and requiring defendants to take affirmative measures to redress past wrongdoings;
4. For an order requiring defendants to provide an accounting of all moneys which they may have received and all profits which they may have acquired as a result of the acts and practices found to constitute unfair competition under Business and Professions Code section 17200;
5. For an order that defendants identify, locate and make restitution to affected members of the general public nationwide, and specifically participants who made any payments directly to
or with the assistance of any of the defendants, all funds and the value of all things or property acquired by the acts of unfair competition and deceptive practices set forth above,
and all additional orders necessary to accomplish this purpose, pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 17203;
6. For an order that defendants disgorge any profits arising from acts of unfair competition;
7. For distribution of any moneys recovered on behalf of the general public, or members of the class, via fluid recovery or cy pres recovery where necessary to prevent defendants from

Yes, I know.. It is worded all "legal-like". I want to point one thing out though. Read through each of those requests. They are all for the benefit of the customers. I have not directly requested anything personally in the Prayer For Relief. I want the customers who were duped to at least get out what they paid in. That is the basic interpretation of these requests.
