so, why did you need a refund? Didn't you get the ebooks that you paid for? I thought that was a legitimate valuable item and that the prize was only an extra that the site threw in.

First of all, I think that hurley is right. Secondly, you SHOULD have posted this announcement in this thread.

http://www.matrixwatch.org/forums/showthread.php?postid=4599#post4599

It was started to place ALL information about getting refunds and help from MatrixAgency, so that there would be ONE place to look for it when new customers come here looking for help.

Guys,
You are welcome to post announcements and start debates all you want. Just keep it cool, and respect each other. We all disagree on many points, so lets argue those points out, but still honor one another's right to an opinion in the meantime.

And just my opinion: Sigx, you knew that this thread would turn into a debate. Just read the tone of your first message. It totally attempts to challenge and undermine what we do here. Of course some of our loyalists will argue against your assumptions. But if you want the legitimacy of your first statement to hold water in front of the spectators, you will need to logically defend your point of view in the face of criticism.

The ebooks I got and another guy I contacted got were corrupt anyway. Also my opinion is just because something is free doesn't release you from having to supply it. Free means no charge, free does not mean you do not have to give it.

And also you are trying to get this subject way off track, make it negative, and seem like nothing good has happened for a matrix suppoter. There should be no more replies from you. This is an announcement not a debate thread.

I'm not throwing usual negative spin...it's great that you got a refund and matrixagency helped you.

However, your thread relates to refunds, which you answered why you needed one (because the file was corrupt)

I just want someone that is pro-matrix to tell me why refunds are necessary if someone is not there for the prizes. I started a different thread, so you can answer there, but I wasn't hi-jacking, it just seemed funny that someone that knew what they were getting into still needed a refund.
