Judy Griffin, co-founder, has an upscale office in her $580,000 home in TN from which she runs EZWBD, even though it is registered/incorporated in Nevada, and the company address (a UPS Store address) is in CA.

Griffin purchased the home after she unilaterally withdrew a reported $250,000 of EZWBD funds from the corporate account last fall.

Ahhh excellent. Then yes, we would highly recommend that victims of EZWBD file an official complaint with the Tennessee Attorney Generals office!

I would suggest that the Division of Consumer Affairs (http://www.state.tn.us/consumer/) is where you want to file your complaint. Instructions for filing a complaint can be found at this link (http://www.state.tn.us/consumer/ccp.html). There are two types of forms:

#2: File a Complaint via Mail (http://www.state.tn.us/consumer/documents/pdf/consComplaint.pdf)

The website gives the following as advice when picking which kind of form to use:

Consumer Affairs — Protects Tennessee consumers from deceptive business practices, advocates on consumers' behalf, and educates the public on consumer issues.

Consumer Affairs also investigates claims and refers cases to the state Attorney General, who may take action against a person or business violating the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act.

During calendar years 1998 through 2002, the division addressed more than 28,000 written complaints and recovered more than $19 million.

If you have any grievances against EZWBD, PLEASE file a complaint with the Oakland (CA) BBB right away, and ask ALL of your downline to do the same. This is a very important step for everyone to take! It's easy, and it can be done online. Here is the link: http://www.oakland.bbb.org/

The head office address is a part of the Oakland BBB area, http://www.oakland.bbb.org/, and they are listed under 10in10biz. The BBB now lists them as a pyramid company with an unsatisfactory record, due to one unanswered complaint. (There are several complaints registered there).

To get a company report, you have to go to advanced search options : http://www.oakland.bbb.org/qsearch.html?advanced=Y, and enter either EZ Wealth By Design or 10in10 Biz.

I hope I'm not doing anything wrong by submitting a post on this thread that I wrote on another.............it's important, so I'm adding it here as well:

I received a letter from the CA Attorney General's Office yesterday acknowledging the complaint I filed with them. They pointed to California's anti-pyramid statute (Penal Code Section 327) designed to protect consumers from schemes based upon making money for introducing others into a program. CA prohibits a company from asking you to pay money (including paying for a product, a service or a membership) in order to receive compensation when you introduce others, or when people you bring in introduce others. Therefore, EZ Wealth By Design is illegal according to CA laws and statutes.
