EZ Wealth By Design (EZWBD) Consumer Movement
</center><br>
EZ Wealth by Design (EZWBD) was launched in March 2005 by the owners of 10in10biz and 241biz after those two programs failed. Judy Griffin, in TN, and Maria Vishnevetskaya, in CA, started working on matrices that would supposedly pay large sums of money to members as long as the members kept bringing in new people. The latest attempt. The beginning membership was made up of those people who had joined with Ms Griffin and Ms Vishevenetskay in previous failed programs. These members were promised great rewards within the scope of the new program and were allowed to join in a pre-launch membership drive.
The new program presented an income sheet based on every member being paid every two weeks with increased payments every pay period for 28 weeks. Members could join at a $45 level or a $345 level and could purchase multiple packages. The program relied heavily on the new members that were to be introduced by the existing members. For their purchase, the member would supposedly receive automatic search engine submissions for any of their websites they chose to advertise.
By mid-May of 2005, the pay periods were changed to "phases" instead of "weeks". The "phases" were of an indeterminate length, based on the number of sales to be made during the phase. Ms Griffin and Ms Vishevenetskaya would not reveal the target number of sales for each phase to their members whom they called "business partners". As of this writing, members joining after May 5, 2005, have not yet received any of the projected income shown in the payment schedule. Yet, Ms Griffin and Ms Vishevenetskaya continue to present their enterprise as having 4 years of successful business operations on the Internet.
The member base reached approximately 30,000 and many of those stopped working when they saw that the SES were a non existent product. The only "proof" offered by admin is a pop up box that any novice programmer can create, and whenever admin is questioned for actual proof, the account of the member making the request is closed. Anyone who questioned the validity of their claims, was locked out of their accounts.

Step #3: Start filing complaints</center>
The administration of Matrixwatch is only a medium for bringing scammers to Justice. We are not victims of EZWBD, and therefore cannot file any complaints ourselves (or on the behalf of others). YOU, the victim, along with all the other victims, control your own destiny. Take 20 minutes and file a report with the following organizations. If you are on the list of victims above, you owe it to yourself and the rest of the victims. If everyone on the list files each of these complaints, things will start to happen fast. Act Now!!!
*** <a href="http://www.matrixwatch.com/modules.php?name=Downloads&file=viewcategory&cid=4" target="new_page">To assist you, we have provided an EZWBD complaint letter template (click here).</a>
Attention Everyone (regardless of location): We recently found out that the owners of EZWBD ran the operation out of the state of Tennessee. We highly recommend that every single victim of EZWBD file an official complaint with the Tennessee Attorney Generals office!
The Division of Consumer Affairs (http://www.state.tn.us/consumer/) is where you want to file your complaint. Instructions for filing a complaint can be found at this link (http://www.state.tn.us/consumer/ccp.html). There are two types of forms:
