Is eBanana.net planning to re-open their site? I though they had already closed down and were refunding everyone.

Has anyone heard any updates on this. I would really appreciate it if eBanana cleared this one up for us.

eBanana as a name should not die. It has great potential, since it had such a wide audience and received many hits to the site.

However, eBanana will not be a MATRIX SITE.

Is it another kind-of-matrix site?

It won't be a twist on a gifting club, which is partly what a matrix is based on.

Won't say any more now, but I think most of eBanana's new customers will appreciate what the company will offer back to its customers.

Will it be something as contraversial as the matrix sites, or will you completely stay within the eyes of the law this time?

Be sure to consult a lawyer.

No, it will not be a matrix site, or anything like a matrix site. Haven't any of you learned from all this?

Apparently not. They think once a matrix owner, always a matrix owner. Which is false. Maybe your site will be a great like offering electronics below the suggested retail price. Or something cool like that.

Does anybody know what the current status of Ebanana.net is or what their current URL is?

I thought I had it posted in here somewhere. Perhaps someone can remember. If not, then eBanana drops in from time to time to answer questions..

Well, as soon as you can/or are willing, I would REALLY appreciate some information-I'm waiting on information on two laptops I ordered in May. I told Adam (the guy who was running it) that I would forego the refund in favor of the laptops which I need more than I need the money (believe it or not).

I don't know what to tell you. You had a chance to get your money back from a pyramid scheme, and you insisted in letting them keep the money in the hopes that they would start up the scam again. You should have taken your money back when you had the chance. While I don't like to see people getting scammed, I can't help but say that this one was your own fault. You were acting greedy, and trying to take advantage of a system that won't work. I don't know much about this site, but they come in here sometimes, and maybe they will answer your questions.

Remember, you didn't order laptops, you bought a spot for a chance to get a laptop.

Well, since you're not terribly familiar with my situation at the time, you really shouldn't comment. I am in the process of a divorve and willl be moving out shortly; the reason I NEED the laptops is to remain in contact with my kids. But I guess my situation isn't your concern.

How can anyone know what your situation is in a forum. I'm sorry you are going through this hard time, but we cannot sit here and allow a matrix site to open back up so that you can cycle to get 2 laptops, while you stick 40 other people without anything except for the bill for your laptops. DO you think that is fair to the other people waiting in line?

I'll answer this quote here.

Well, as soon as you can/or are willing, I would REALLY appreciate some information

I don't think anyone here is WILLING to help you to cycle off the list. That would defeat out purpose here. Why would we help you cycle, so that we would have to help 40 others try to get refunds. I'm sorry about your situation, but you are asking other people to buy you some laptops.
