I am trying to find out how many people where scammed by family and friends in the UK?

yes i did buy £10,000 from someone in scotland who for twoyears now tells me everything will be ok have you any news on pips. i am now looking to goto court if i have to to get my 10,000 back or get thes people in to as much trouble as poss it seems it was all a scam from the word go

Well...Marsden is in jail awaiting his trial in Malaysia. He hasn't been able to post bail and probably won't anytime soon. Actual trial date is a moving target at the moment. Something should definitely happen by the end of this year with that mess.

Actual trial date is now set. (Until it changes again.) September 10th, 2007.

June 1st is set for the decision regarding lowering the bail on BM and his wife.
