Hello,

This is a pre-announcement before the
'official' announcement' regarding Wacs and TAX

Incredible -- audacious and well - just plain dumb

IMPORTANT & URGENT ON GIVING BACK SURVEY WAC's
Reply with quote

I just talked to Mark about this in depth today,
and he wants me to report it in my words before
he gives an official announcement in about two weeks:

GIVING BACK UNWANTED SURVEY CREDITS / WAC's

There has been confusing for many of us this year.
Once this option appears in our back office you can
use it ONE TIME ONLY before the end of the year 2006.

IMPORTANT & URGENT:

If you used up or gave away your WAC's and
you now have less than 160 WAC's remaining,
even 0 --then you "can only give back the same
number of Survey Credits by the end of this year
as the number WAC's that you have remaining --
even though your back office shows had 160
Survey Credits given to you. This number never
changes because it remains as proof that 160
Survey Credits/ WAC's were given to you by STA.

This is $1600. worth of WAC's. Therefore, STA
needs the number of WAC's returned as you are
returning in Survey Credits (same thing really) --
and STA will then be able to legally deduct this
same amount of income from your 2006 1099.

Some IBA's, as we learned recently, gave away
all their WAC's, so if these IBA's want to return
their Survey Credits/WAC's back to STA they will
need to have someone transfer the number of WAC's
(anywhere from 1 up to 160) back into their account
in order to reutrn anywhere from 1 up to 160 Survey
Credits/Wac's back to STA

(Remember, you can use this option when it appears
ONE TIME ONLY, you cannot come back & use it again
after using it once), and you can give back anywhere
from 1 to 160 Survey Credits.

EXAMPLE: If you have only 15 WAC's remaining
& you don't have anymore WAC's transferred to you
or you don't purchase anymore WAC's before the end of
this year, then you can still give back your remaining
15 SURVEY Credits/WAC's.

-------------------------------

I talked to Mark extensively about this & other
WAC concerns & when his official announcement
comes out on the above in about two weeks it
will also include info. about an upgrade change
for the Maturity Accelerator Table. This upgrade
will clearly "show the doubling of WAC's" in 2006.

As we know, the doubled number of WAC's doesn't
show there now, only the maturity date that the
WAC's doubled.

2007 & on will be far easier without the AT WAC's
& extra Survey Credits, but he wanted me to give
the info. in my own words here ahead of time, too,
for everyone.

Ohhhhhhh I get it now -- Thanks for clearing this up!

Arthur Anderson -- Ponzi Scheme - Money Laundering

We're AGAIN talking about the 'non-investment' WACs
and their supposed value even though they are worthless
and just what to file and tell the TAX MAN --

THe Wac's that don't double -- ooops now they do

I mean really -- like anyone should trust tax advise
from these clowns or the STA 'accounting firm?'

Here is some advise from THIS clown -- don't take it
laying down and for God sakes stop being complicit on
Mr Inman's complex scheme to defraud investors and IRS alike.

One last thought -- Why in the world would STA send out their
#1 patsy (Jim H) to make this PRE - Announcement
BEFORE the OFFICIAL announcement on a matter of such importance
UNLESS it was so that the OFFICIAL announcement could manipulate
IBA's gaining yet another STA (admin) Tax Advantage --

Just a thought but gee whiz stay tuned

The REAL announcement regarding WAC's and TAX
is ONLY a few short weeks away!

Best Regards,
Michael

I think if everyone that got one of those bogus 1099s refused to pay taxes on it the IRS would go after Kimmy fairly aggressively, but I think they probably also focus on those actions that gain the most dollars too. Just me guessing.
