Hey, here's a thought...if most of the matrix customers refer to their money in the site as an investment...then the site is a ponzi scheme.

What are you investing in? The future payout based on a later "investor", which makes it a ponzi scheme.

I don't see how you can get around that one. This goes back to my refunds question as well (that was never answered), if a site is not just there to sell ebooks or whatever, and the people are putting in money that is an "investment" based on future participants and that if the site closes they want a refund on their "investment", then your site is a flat out ponzi scheme.

We will let the courts decide this and that.... Innocent until proven guilty....

Yeah, look at this quote from www.districtred.com.

The District Red Interview: Interviews with owners of some the most popular and not so popular invest sites

This site distributes newsletters and is run by the same group of people that run applematrix. No wonder they are hated in the matrix community. They are a bad name to scammers. They are always trying to prove themselves as ponzi schemes by saying they are an investment and then on the buttons on their website they say "Buy a spot".

Starr,

Do you not agree with me? I mean, based on the premise of what a ponzi scheme is, if people use the term investment, then they are a ponzi scheme because the only way that someone gets a return on their "investment" is by a later investor paying into the investment.

I agree with you Hurley. Matrix is the bad investment rooting itself on taking advantage of other who join later..
