What really bothers me the most is that I and
the IRS are going to get a 1099 stating that I
have earned over $100,000 in Income in 2006,
when I actually received something around $400
in cash and a bunch of worthless WAC's as I see it.

Now if I offset that $100,000 as an expense and
I get Audited and the IRS doesn't buy that I expensed
$100K in advertising, then where does that leave me.

I'll tell where it may leave me. In a big financial mess.
So I'm hoping and praying that I don't get Audited.

The losses I will absorb from my own personal
funding is one thing. Potentially having to pay
the tax man on $100,000 of worthless WAC's
being reported as Income is a whole other matter.

That's my venting for tonight folks.

This is very serious for you Americans.
I am thankful that us Canadians are not
in your situtation, because if we were,
I would be screaming to the highest of
Authorities in the IRS.

Thanks

End STA Forum Quotes:

Apparently there is no clear answer being
offered up for those STAy participants whom
simply want to make the STA tax nightmare - to just 'go away.'

Ouch -
