Looks like these guys have closed also, but I think they closed up a while back, maybe a month. Why someone would do business with a site called Flybuy is beyond me. I guess they really were Fly by night.

Hey that is not funny. I bought from this site. But you know what I cycled on their ps2 list and they actually sent me the ps2 system and a dvd kit, but then after that they did not and I tried to get a refund according to their 30 day money back and they answered me back saying that because of the Ginex law suit their ginex account was frozen and they could not give refunds from them. But I never paid using Ginex. I used paypay and their paypal account was not frozen. It seems that most of the paypal payer got their money except me.Now their number is always unavaivlbe and you only get a recording. They also had an e-bay or internet store with almost the same name and that is down as well, I think the ladies name is Tracy or something like that. Anyone else know what can be down? I have spoken to one othert person that got ripped off too and they say that the owner of the site has gotten a lawyer and even the lawyer does not return the phone calls.:rolleyes:

I am confused. Why would you attempt to get a refund if you received your product?

I think he/she bought more than one spot. I'm not sure though. Maybe he/she would like to explain.

Ok so my spelling was off that night. Yeah, I did buy more than 1 spot. The first spot I cycled on. But then the second one I did not. They had a claim on the site that if you did not cyle before 30 days that you could request a refund. I did. But they used the Ginex lawsuite as an excuss to not giving me a refund. They then took the 30 day guarentte off their site. When I asked for a refund they told me that I could not until the Ginex lawsuit was selttel. yet they posted on their site that the customers that paid using paypal would get a refund if they had paid during a certain time. Well I fell within that time yet they seemed to insit that I was one of the customers that paid through Ginix system.
