I know a person could do this, but could they win and would it be worth while.
I am to the point that I am ready to try this perhaps. I am thinking about taking Kim to court myself. He made false claims, broke what I think would be legal promises to business people. Told lie after lie after lie, changed so called business plans, shut people out from expressing their views. Would not allow people to take out their money and the list goes on and on, we all know that. Now to top it off I am kicked off the forum, not sure why, still waiting to hear back..lol... It might be worth it to take this scumbag to court, even if I did not win, it might be worth it. I am not that far from where he lives, and do know many DA's from nearby counties. Any advice ?:flame:
