Hi,

First thing's first, I don't believe in the efforts you lot go to to bring down a matrix site, however I very much do agree with you working to get refunds from closed down sites.

This is why I'm calling for some help and advise. I'm an admin of a UK matrix forum and we are currently fighting for refunds from a matrix company in the UK (JoinTheMatrix LTD), who shut down and didn't offer any refunds. I've even cycled twice on one of their lists 2 months ago and they haven't sent my gift.

I'd appreciate it if you'd come to our forum and offer and help and advice of where to report this site, how to go about getting refunds, etc.

The address is http://www.ss21k.co.uk/forums/jtm

However, please don't come over and argue over pro-con matrix issues, I am just asking for you to come help us fight this company.

Thanks

I don't want to take this off topic, but I can't help but saying this:

Matrix supporters claim that you are buying an ebook in order to claim that they aren't a pyramid scheme, but then they want a refund when the site goes down. Didn't you get your ebook? I won't post any more under this thread about that, but if you are looking for refunds you are going to have to come to the realization that they are bad.

Anyway, to get this back on track:

I went to that site and I only saw one person that was posting anything about trying to get a refund from that site. I think that you might want to try to reach out to as many people as possible that have been scammed by this site. I think you are going to need the main support to come from angry customers that want their money back. I at least think that is where you need to start. After you have some customers, and you lean on the owners, their pay processors, and the legal system, then you should be better off than you are now. I can't speak for everyone, but our help might not be very good, since we don't know the laws there as much as we do in the US.

Mr. Rae,
Who processed their Credit-Card/Payment transactions for them? Was it a U.S.-based pay company, or was it a UK one?

it was www.paysystems.com / www.mypaysystems.com

so U.S based I think.

Then I am already suing them. You may want to contact my attorney for what you need to do though. His contact info is listed in the "Contact.." link in the main menu. Hope this helps. Keep us posted.
