Has anyone gotten a refund from CSI

I was wondering if anyone had gotten a refund from CSI from a purchase at ematrixusa and how they went about doing it. Also do you think it will be a problem if i don't have my transacton number?

do you not have your transaction # listed in your bank statement like many of the other merchant companies do?

I have never dealt with CSI though, sorry can not help you much on this one.
