We are currently experiencing some server issues, which is leading to latency issues when connecting to & browsing the website. Hopefully the issues will be cleared up shortly.

Is there a large increase in traffic possibly causing this?

Nope! Although Jokach and I both hoped that was the case, it appears to be server related. :)

Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for your enquiry regarding the recent server problems on the computer hosting the Matrixwatch Anti Scam forum, we have traced the fault to a particular technician who was in charge of Server upgrades.
Its seems the new employee in question (Mr P Puvstay) was attempting to replace the CPU unit with a Hamster.
When questioned about the incident Mr Puvstay told us that in his previous employment as senior technician for YMMSS/STA Servers Division, this was how he was instructed to proceed with server upgrades.
Needless to say we have now dismissed Mr Puvstay and he was last seen shouting at traffic on Route 66 and giving Incorrect tax advice to complete strangers.
Normal service will be resumed shortly.
Yours Faithfully

You wont believe how long it took me to post this. :)

*chuckle* Good one Webwatch. The following article is interesting:
http://www.cnn.com/2007/TECH/internet/02/06/internet.attacks.ap/index.html
Hackers briefly overwhelmed at least three of the 13 computers that help manage global computer traffic Tuesday in one of the most significant attacks against the Internet since 2002.
...
The attacks appeared to target UltraDNS, the company that operates servers managing traffic for Web sites ending in "org" and some other suffixes, experts said. Company officials did not immediately return telephone calls from The Associated Press.
This may have nothing to do with our problem, as Jokach has informed me that the hosting provider has isolated the problem and fixed it. Please let me know if you continue to have issues connecting to our site.

OK...........I hopped back on and it was working normally again. I fought with it for about 45 minutes before that. Smooth sailing for now~
