I wanted to give you all an update. I sent a letter to Mr. Inman via certified mail, return receipt. I sent it to his PO BOX address. Well guess what... I got the return receipt back, signed by someone named Barbi. I thought for sure I would get the letter sent back to me.

I got the same. Just figured it was signed by someone he was paying to pick up his dry cleaning and mail, etc. Anyone over 18 who is allowed to accept your mail can sign for a certified letter. If you want him specifically to sign for it, you need to pay extra and make the delivery restricted to him. I doubt he'd take the trouble to go to the PO to get it. She accepted it as his agent. It's still legal proof of delivery. Only his agent would have access to his PO box and Barbi should have had to show proof of ID in order to collect the certified mail from the postal clerk.
I'm just waiting for him to spew back to me the same drivel that was coming from the helpdesk about how they treat IBA requested termination requests. If I want to take it there, I think I have a small claims court case for breach of contract. Small claims is not free and I am getting too old for all this upset; so I have to weigh my decision carefully. I think the contract (Affiliate Terms) and the helpdesk emails are all the evidence I need to show a judge to prove that case. Once I got the judgment in my favor I don't know how in the world it could be enforced though. It would just become another piece of evidence to show the IRS.

wanted to let everyone know that barbi isn't his daughter...she is his administrative assistant he hired.
also, know of a man that was employed at a bank he had accounts with and he said they stopped his accounts in 2005 because kim was depositing 1 million dollars a week. The bank closed his accounts because of suspicious conduct.
he would deposit million one day and leave it there one or two days then withdrawl and deposit somewhere else, where i don't know...belize maybe??
