Thank God someone is doing something about this. I paid through Ginix on the ematrixusa.com website. I feel so stupid being taken in!!!!

Does this mean that everyone is included in the lawsuit if we paid through Ginix?

Hello I dealt with a site that used ginix then they had to shutdown because ginix wouldn't give thhem thier money. do i need to know specifically which site because I don't remember it now but I know I lost a total of $150 with them. I know this may sound stupid but I also lost about $750 more over a 12 month period through other sites and I am wondering if there is anyway to get this back without know or being able to access their site anymore

Try to compile a list of the sites. They may have already been listed in the expanded lawsuit.

What if you're still hopeful that you will eventually cycle and get the items you requested? I know it sound pretty stupid, but I still have hope that I will get either my $150 back or the two laptops I had ordered.

I wouldn't count on cycling anytime soon. Seems like business has come to a stand-still for these matrix sites. In fact, eBay, PayPal, and many other mediums of business have established policies against the matrix sites.
