PayPal Added to the EzExpo Lawsuit!
Lawsuit seeks restitution for victims who paid through PayPal
**********************************
The lawsuit seeks restitution on behalf consumers nationwide who participated in EzExpo and paid through PayPal. Relief can be sought on a nationwide basis because PayPal is based in California. Under California law, a California corporation which engages in deceptive business conducted outside the state of California can be sued in California for such conduct. If you are a customer of EzExpo, and you paid through PayPal, then you may be entitled to restitution if the lawsuit is successful. Please contact Jeffrey Wilens for further information:

www.BRAIX.com and www.ezxpo.com
are additional matrix sites that have taken money and closed. Ezxpo.com was based in England and processed payments using PayPal, and is different from www.ezexpo.com.

MatrixEnterprise was a matrix site that was in operation back in 2003-2004. They were listed in the lawsuit against PayPal which was filed in 2003. So, the information is not correct.
You are more than welcome to start a new thread and tell us why we are mistaken though. In the meantime, feel free to access our "Downloads" link in the Main-Menu box and read the PayPal lawsuit for yourself. You can then email the Orange County Superior Court and ask them to remove the URL from the lawsuit as well.
