View Full Version : OPFM-Is it time for victims to start taking action

With the growing discussions about OPFM and many new members joining Matrixwatch after reportedly losing money to Mr Thompson and friends I thought it worth while to start a little Poll to build up a picture of the numbers involved.
Voting takes just a second (or 2 minutes allowing for new members to register) and will help us draw up a clearer picture of the scale of OPFM.
All votes are of course anonymous.

To anyone involved with OPFM: It is important to voice your thoughts via this poll. This will weigh heavily on the decision to start an organized M.W. consumer movement or not.

I have been a member of OPFM for over 2 years and not made one dime. I spend almost $400 in fees and all I ever got was more excuses and lies. :swear:

G'day All,
This just one other thing we can all do.
If you believe that you have been scammed by Thomas Thompson..There is one simple thing everyone can do no matter where you live on this planet..
Just walk into your local police station and they will have a form to fill in for a complaint about fraud..if everyone does this it just might speed up the procsess ..this may vary from country to country but from what I have learned this is should be our first point of call...
Internet crime is an offence world wide and is not taken lightly...much like kidnapping...so I hope your a good runner TT because You can run but you won't be able to hide for too long....

OPFM Victims:
The Matrixwatch OPFM Consumer Movement (http://www.matrixwatch.org/forums/showthread.php?p=51457#post51457) has been born. Register your loss today, and start fighting back!
I'll need some help from OPFM veterans in the following two tasks:
1. Creating a template for complaints.
2. Creating a brief write-up detailing the history of OPFM.
On a related note, the administrative team will work on getting a new sub-forum created specifically for OPFM.
-Merc
EDIT: New forum has been created. This thread now lives in that forum!

Another thing that EVERYONE should do if they haven't already is to immediately contact the Arizona Attorney General's office and file a formal complaint. The more complaints that they receive the quicker they'll act. It doesn't take but a couple of minutes to pick up the phone or send an email. Terry Goddard is the AZ AG and his website where you can file your complaint is below. Please take a moment right now and join the rest of OPFM members who have been scammed by these two jokers named Thomas Thompson and Frankie Marzocchi.

Hi,recently i recieved a reply to a complaint i made to the Arizona Attorney Generals office,i supose someone has already done the same thing anyway here is the letter i had to type it out because i dont have a scanner or much else after t**** scammed me.I wonder if we all put some money in if we could take them to court,or not. There is not much i can do here in Australia but i am willing to help all i can to get justice.
RE:CIC 07-08059 OUR POWER FORCED MATRIX.
Dear Graeme,
Thanks you for taking the time to submit your complaint to the Consumer Protection and Advocacy Section of the Attorney Generals office. We have reviewed your complaint but unfortunately are unable to resolve your dispute.
We know that this outcome is probably frustrating to you,but please understand that we are simply prohibited by law from representing individual consumers. The Attorney Generals office however, does bring cases against businesses that violate Arizona consumer protection statutes. That is why the infomation in your complaint is so valuable-it assists this office in identifying and tracking a possible pattern of illegal conduct that could warrant future action. If that were to occur, your complaint is on file and will be reviewed again.
If you decide to hire an attorney and pursue this case on your own, here are some helpful Arizona soursces to assist in your search.
:Maricopa County Bar Lawyer Referral Service at www.lawyerfinders.org. or [602]257-4434.
:Pima County Bar Lawyer Referral Service at.www.pimacountybar.org.or[520]623-4625.
You may also want to check with your state or local bar association or Community Legal Services office to learn what resources are available in your area. You also may consider filing an action on your own in Justice Court.
Thank you for taking the time to file your complaint. We deeply regret that we are unable to assist you.
Sincerely.Pamela.L.Crabtree.
Legal Assitant.
