Hello,
I am new here. Count me in as one who got a 1099 for money not received I am so glad to find this board because I have been overwhelmed and didn't know what to do until now. I did print out form 3949 A but feel kind of dumb because I am not sure how to fill it out.
In box 1 I assume they want my info and in box 2 Success through advertising?
Is that Success Through Advertising's payer id number on my 1099?
What do I check in box 4?
In section 5 B it asks: Are books/records available? I don't have any records except for my 1099. How do you prove someone didn't pay you?
Do I include my original 1099 when sending this?
