Lawsuit Filed Against EmatrixUSA.com and CardService International
A lawsuit has been filed against Jake Posch, the owner of EmatrixUSA.com, on behalf his customers. Additionally, CardService International, EmatrixUSA's pay company, has been named as a defendant in the case. The lawsuit seeks restitution on behalf on consumers who participated in EmatrixUSA and paid through CardService International. This lawsuit comes on top of an earlier, expanded lawsuit against Ginix for their support of over 30 matrix sites, which included EmatrixUSA. Those consumers who paid Jake Posch through a pay company other than CardService International should stay tuned to any announcements here at MatrixWatch.org.
