Well hello there! We would like to inform everyone about our updates!
Matrix321 has moved to Romania. Sorry for the lack of updates as we have been doing these last few weeks or so and getting everything settled in. We have been so busy this past summer with everything. We have set up a mailing address on our contact page for any inquires that people may have.

Also, as WatchDog has posted 2checkout.Com did terminate us. As we offer on our site, customers are welcome to receive refunds. But for any customer that paid through 2checkout will have to simply do a chargeback on their credit card by reporting to www.2co.com
On another note, we have have reviewed our site with our new merchant processor over the phone, and they are happy to accept us! Once all the papers are signed, they will be airborne back to the merchant account. We are hoping for Tuesday.
Once again, we are posting these new major updates for our site! I know there have been a few misleading statements around MatrixWatch. Which is fine. We just wanted to get these updates out of the way so no misleading things would be posted about our site.
Thank you for your time,
Matrix321

You guys are pure scam artists. The only reason you are running overseas is because the feds are hunting you down. I know about you being reported to the Government, and I know how they have been looking for you. Don't think that by filing for an international corporation that you will somehow be "immune". You have gone the way of Shelby, and it is not profitable, nor honorable. You should not try to "add sin to sin" by continuing to run from your responsibilities. You have not succeeded by moving operations to Romania. You have only proven that, after all is said and done, matrix-site owners are scam artists. When your customers catch wind of this they will come here, and you already know what I will tell them to do. That is why you try to run, but you will not get away with this.
Your recent actions do not make you a scam artist.. They only prove to all of us that you were a scam artist from the beginning.

Even more interesting is the fact that you decided to release this information right after I announced that 2Checkout had dropped you. Once again, matrix customers find out the truth from someone other than the site-owner. We all know that you were trying to buy time to get your new processor. This way, no one would notice a thing. No questions asked... No answers given... Wow, that is a very ethical model of leadership. I'm sure your customers are thrilled.
From Matrix321.com
Thank you for visiting Matrix321. Our payment processor has been terminated. Please visit back on Tuesday afternoon
for the new payment processor that reviewed our site and will accept us! All orders will resume on Tuesday as well.
Thank you, Matrix321!

We did not run overseas for our site. That would cost a lot of money to do just for the site. This has NOTHING to do with the site, but my personal life which I feel I should not have to discuss. But I moved over there to live with my fiancé that I have meet online from ifriends.com and have been meeting each other for the last 1 1/2 years. Like I said, I feel I should not have to spill my personal life to anyone. As I stated above, We didn't run over seas because of the site. That would be WAY to much money to do for just a site.

Don't even try to use that. If you want to be with your fiancé, then shut down your site. I am not deaf to what is going on behind the scenes with you guys. I know that you have been reported to the feds long before I came on the scene. You have been trying to run for a while now. You tell everyone they can get refunds, yet their money now lies in a frozen processor account that has likely already been disbursed to you in full. I believe that is the reason you hid this information from your customers. You were concerned that they would immediately request chargebacks while your money was in the account. Now that you have withdrawn the money, after the scheduled disbursement date you tell your customers to get chargebacks. Both you and I know that 2Checkout will tell them, "We have closed the account in question, please contact Matrix321 for your money." I have seen it so many times, it isn't even clever anymore. So, what can your customers do? Sue you? Forget it, you've moved your "personal life" overseas... Far from the grasp of U.S. legal jurisdiction.
There is only one guy from 321 that I know has a long-distance relationship. I better not find out that you guys are the same person after all.
Shut it down. Don't move it overseas.

WatchDog, I'm sorry but you have some false information. Please don't tell me about my personal life though. I am with her, and I can do two things at once in my life. Anyways, yes the disbursement date has gone by which was the 1st of this month. We never received the money though in our bank account. The guy over at 2checkout.com that froze our account said that we will never be getting the money, and will never see it. I wrote back to him, and if he gives me the info that supports what he is saying, then I will tell my customers that paid through 2checkout.com to do a chargeback if they would like. One support person over the phone said we have to wait 90days, this other guy said we will never see payment. So were just waiting for his reply. It's not like we received the money from 2checkout, and now telling everyone to go do chargebacks!

Well, I don't understand why you didn't get money on the disbursement date unless the account was frozen prior to the 1st. If that money is indeed frozen, then your customers probably don't have to worry too much (hopefully).
I don't mind what you do with your personal life, but I don't feel safe with a matrix site based overseas. The thought of that just worries me. The only reason I am tough on you is because of what I know. I know about the government, I know about the complaints.. Just know this.. I am keeping an eye out for your customers. I don't want to read another post that says, "Where did they go? I emailed them and no reply? I can't get my money back because its all gone!"
I am so distraught when I see people getting scammed. They paid into the matrix site with the though that they would cycle, but when they complain everybody re-defines their motives for buying in--- "You paid for the ebooks, remember?" Give me a break. Furthermore, those who got in early were hoping to actually get rewarded when they cycled. However, they don't even get paid, and hardly any owners take responsibility.
Here is the answer I am waiting to hear the site owners give their customers:
"I am sorry. I should have made sure that my business model was fully legitimate before I solicited payments from you. Because of my lack of foresight, I got you all into this mess. I will take full responsibility for my actions and will make sure that all of you at least receive your money back in a timely fashion. I am cooperating fully with the authorities and the pay companies, and we are working something out that will be the best for all of you. I will post TIMELY AND SCHEDULED updates on the forums so that you will not have to worry about what is happening"
Now, wouldn't that make the customers feel much better? Would the feel the need to come here and complain? Would you get sued? Would more people report you? None of these things would probably happen.. Better yet, I would stay off your back! I would give you a special place on the forums to set an example like I did with eBanana! I would make sure that you were honored among these people! Trust me, I give credit where credit is due!

Well thank you for that. Just because we are moving due to my personal life doesn't we are going over there to run away and have posts about us. It's just like moving down the road. Nothing is going to change. We undersand some sites don't offer refunds when signing up, this is why we offer refunds to customers. Like you said, there are a lot of sites that say you bought the ebooks to bad. I have had that happen to me before too, and where actually they shipped the ebooks on a disk. We don't go through all that. If a customer wants a refund, it is done as simple as possible.
For 2checkout, the funds really are frozen. They didn't transfer on the 1st, but the 2nd due to the holiday. When I called 2checkout.com on the 3rd about the status they said our account has been under investigation for quite some time, and that the funds wouldn't transfer. I would have to wait for 90days, and then this other guy through e-mail said I wont even get them. Once I get a reply back from 2checkout and funds wont ever be released I will help my cusomters get their refunds in the easiest way. I really don't think 2checkout.com should get to keep the money. They should at least refund it if they wont transfer it at all.

LOL. Sorry, but our home is in Romania. And like I said were not moving to get away or anything. I would rather stay here in America and have my fiance come over here. But it didn't work out that way.

I would like to know the status of this fiasco, considering the fact, I have "contributed" a good sum of cash that would have more purpose elsewhere.
I'm not impressed with the fact that I was never notified about the 'situation', like basic details, I could care less about the personal aspect, but as a 'customer', or in this case, a former customer... communication would've been nice. It's fortunate and unfortunate as well that I found this site, because someone has the graciousness to let others know what's going on.
Thank you Watch Dog for having such an informative site and being a distinct voice for those who are sometimes unable to speak themselves.
I will be attempting to contact someone about a full refund.

I've been trying to get onto the matrix321 website for a while now but to no avail. I'm just curious if they happened to have shutdown or whats going on. Thanks in advance.

The close site master-list has them marked as gone. Not sure how long it has been that way though.
