regards all, i've been lurking for a couple of days, just checking things out. all quite fascinating. i haven't been able to find anything definative on this subject though. i paid with a credit card via paysystems, january 19th to be exact. i do plan to forward all the necesarry info using the instructions under "legal advice", but i'd like to know a little more about the possibility of seeking a refund through my cc/co and paysystems. i'm sure this has been addressed somewher in the forums, i just haven't been able to find anything definative. i did call paysystems. upon mentioning ezexpo i was told by the rep that her system just went down, fishy... she was very polite and extremely apologetic, and gave me her name twice. i'd like to know if it's even worth my while to contact them and my cc company if anyone is willing to inform a newbie to this site. i have other info to report about another two matrix sites (both owned by the same guy), one shut down many months ago, one still up but unresponsive for months. i will post the details in the proper forum, so be on the lookout. the sites in question are under investigation by paypal, so refunds are out of the question at this time, but, again, i'll post those details in the proper forum.
thaanks in advance!

Welcome to the site "bt". At this time I am not allowed to help or hinder refund requests. What I can tell you though is that the lawsuit requests that restitution be made for all victims by the defendants. PaySystems is one of those defendants. I will keep you updated with all the current details on the lawsuit. Since it is not a drawn-out civil suit, it will not take very long.
