Hello Ezexpo mailing list subscribers. This is the September newsletter. We hope to assist you with some of your questions from the previous months newsletter.
First we have confirmed with Ginix that they are processing all refund requests and have refunded over half of you already. Of the $180,000 they owed us, there was ~$80,000 remaining in the account the froze. They have coorporated and have asked us to submit this information to you. When contacting Ginix do so in this way with this infromation.
consumersupport@ginix.com include name first 4 / last 4 digits of the credit card used for purchase of the e-books. and Order #.
Now this informaion is for all other credit card users before Ginix. Damion Flynn contact for refund from paysystems, paypal, or all accounts except Ginix.

We regret we cannot help more in this area but Mr. Flynn has total control of the accounts you used to pay for the e-books before February, 2003. He is the ONLY ONE who can help you in regards to a refund from these accounts. We have no information on what he is doing or will do to help you. This is our way of helping you in the only way we can.
Mr. Flynn has to personally request a refund for you or at least approve the refund request once you submitt to these accounts.
This is all the information we have and can provide to assist you.
Now explanations on what is going to take place and Your options.
1) After the 30 day period stated in last months newsletter, we will remove names for the free items if you paid by credit card.
2) Those who paid by credit card and wish to remain on the list for the free items and continue to get the newletters and monthly e-books can submit a money order to continue the subscription service.
3) We have provided all the information we have for credit card users to request a refund. We do this even after we did not receive funds from the processors and sent the product you paid for to you anyway. Please keep and enjoy. Many of you have contacted your credit card company (Visa, MC, etc) and were told the money was paid. This is true, it was paid to paysystems, paypal, ginix, or whomever you got the billing receipt from. These processors did collect the money. They kept the money and still have it. This information is the facts as such which is why we are providing you the information because we don't want them to wind up with yours or our money, which they have NOW.
4)The good news is those which orginally paid by money order are not in the above catagory and need to do nothing else.
After the 30 day period the lists for the free items will be much shorter and will continue to move as money orders come in and business once again picks up. You and us will never again be plagued by the credit card processors as we have no intentions of ever using them again. This will benefit all and it will be a better, cleaner, more managable business model.

If you have cycled and paid by credit card, you will be removed also. What we have come up with is the offer for you to remain at the top of the list once you submit a money order. If we receive your money order first you will be #1 on the list. If we receive your money order 2nd you will be #2 on the list. ETC. If we don't receive your money order by the end of the 30 day period you will be removed for the free item like the other credit card users. We have to do this as you were cycled with non-received money by credit card purchases.
