To get a refund they want to know my account number?? I have no idea what that is nor do i remember getting one sent to me.

Does anyone know what pay company ezexpo was using last November 25, 2002?

did you pay by paypal? credit card? if you paid by paypal there will be a record of the transaction in your paypal history. if you paid by credit card you cc company will have a record of transactions from that period and you can request that record by calling them or requesting it from their website if you have an online account/ registration with your cc company. (unless you save all your cc bill records, in that case, you'll have it already in your filed away bills at home) the key is to remember how you paid, then you can determine who ezexpo was using to process payments at that time. i paid by credit card in jan 2003 and they were using paysystems at that time, about 2 1/2 months after you paid them. paysystems will have a record of the transactions if ezexpo was using them in nov 2002. again, the key is to remember what you used to pay. also, check your old emails if you saved them, and, did you print any of the internet pages/receipts/email that had your ezexpo order numbers on them? (i mean besides the one you posted in your question) you may have to dig, but you'll find a record of the transaction(s) if you dig and are diligent. the payment service used at the time (probably paysystems) may even be able to search their system based on your name and the date of purchase. paysystems is highly aware of this situation and is being very copoperative, thanks to "watchdogs" efforts, they are a bit worried and are much more willing to issue refunds than previously. hope all this helps.
